Pros:

We stayed at Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA for one night while shopping at Mitsui Outlet Park, and it was the perfect choice. The location was incredibly convenient, with the outlet mall just a short drive away.

What made our stay truly special was the amazing hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to our children. They surprised them with balloons and thoughtful welcome gifts, which made them so happy and created such a memorable first impression.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Even though we only stayed for one night, we felt well taken care of from start to finish.

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re planning a shopping trip to Mitsui Outlet Park or need a comfortable stay near KLIA! ⭐

Immer wieder
Pros:

Ich übernachte oft in diesem Hotel wenn ich Morgens aus KL heraus fliege. Es liegt sehr günstig zu KLIA 1&2. Ansonsten gibt es nichts darum herum. Also um KL zu erkunden nicht unbedingt die geeignete Wahl. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück in Buffetform ist sehr gut und auch die sonstigen Speisen sind zu empfehlen. Im Hotel gibt es ein kleines Geschäft, in dem man Getränke und Snacks kaufen kann. Das Hotel hat einen Shuttle Service der die Gäste zu den Terminals bringt. Besser am Abend vor der Abreise an der Rezeption die gewünschte Abreisezeit anmelden, da nicht individuell sondern ein kleiner Bus die zwei Terminals anfährt.
