The suite I had was a great size with small kitchen
The reception area was very modern
The decor in the hotel was very dark
The bathroom was small for the size of room
The seal on bottom of shower screen was very dirty & worn, the water poured out when having a shower, when complained, it was taken off but not replaced which made the situation worse.
Housekeeping had to be requested if you were staying more than 1 night !
Any Spa facilities were extra to pay for.

Nice high ceilings and comfy bed.
Breakfast really terrible - both in value and quality. Many different bars in hotel with nice different feels but all were closed except the main one.
De hotelkamer, die de faciliteiten had van een appartement maar de luxe en gemak van een hotel. Het was ruim, voldoende opbergruimte en tafeltjes, echt heel fijn.
Was niet helemaal duidelijk wat we met de afwas moesten doen. Verder helemaal niets op aan te merken.

Staff were very friendly they went out of their way to help us when we had to stay an extra night. Hotel was full but they went out of their way to accommodate us
Nothing. Hotel clean and comfortable. Bus stops outside hotel direct to the hospital, which was very handy

Breakfast whilst an add on was expensive and at nearly £25 a person and it wasn’t an exceptional breakfast by any means

Clean, nice location.
I’m aware on writing how privileged and minor this is, however I paid for a service that was below standard. We were upgraded to an executive suite. I ordered room service that after an hour of waiting, didn’t arrive. On calling to cancel (because we had plans) the staff member on the phone didn’t so much as care let alone apologise. We had a large bath with a tap that sprayed water at a 90 degree angle and soaked the floor, rendering the bath useless. In the morning, I took orange juice to go from the breakfast bar, and was requested to decant this into tiny, plastic cups. Made no sense to me as if I ordered room service, it would have come in a glass.its clear sandman have no respect for the environment either.
Location was ideal for city centre break. Hotel was in good decorative order . Staff were very helpful
Window looked on at car wheels and number plates.
Wood around bed was dusty, as was bedside lamps.

Room location, window didn’t close, the facilities in the room poor: no soap at bath for instance. Coffee making facilities poor. Overall, very disappointing compared with other hotels in the area.
