Conforto com um toque colonial!
Pros:

Um charme com toque colonial!
Café da manhã fabuloso!! Localização central (ao lado de um mercado e de uma das principais praças) Cama confortável, banheiro muito amplo (maior que o quarto) com produtos de toilette (incluindo shampoo, condicionados e hidratante corporal), secador de cabelo e roupão
A piscina com folhagens ao redor e a jaccuzzi no terraço com vista parcial da cidade foram um diferencial. Atendentes muito atenciosos.

Cons:

O hotel não tem elevador. Apesar de ter apenas 4 andares, se o seu quarto for no último andar (como foi o nosso caso), prepare-se para subir 4 bons lances de escada. Sentimos falta de um pendurador de toalhas no banheiro.

Conforto com um toque colonial! Café da manhã espetacular! Piscina muito agradável para se refrescar e jaccuzzi no terraço com vista parcial da cidade foram um diferencial. Quarto confortável e banheiro grande (maior que o quarto, rs) com comodidades como secador de cabelo, roupão e produtos de higiene (de sabonete líquido à creme hidratante). A arquitetura colonial dá um charme a mais. Localização central perfeita, ao lado de um supermercado e a poucos passos de uma das principais praças.

Todo, la ubicación, la limpieza, el personal un 10 a todos en especial a Dainer una amabilidad y servicio increíble, sin desmeritar al resto del personal. El desayuno increíblemente bueno.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente de falta de agua, pero nos solucionaron inmediatamente lo que necesitábamos.

Lovely stay at Casa Mantilla Cartagena

Our stay at Casa Mantilla was lovely. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived which helped set the tone for the rest of our beautiful stay in Colombia. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay at. It’s located in the historic center and which makes walking to different parts of Cartagena easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with an open buffet and you also have the opportunity to order eggs as you wish. I want to personally thank the whole team at La Casa Mantilla they were so attentive and friendly throughout our week stay. Thank you Jhon, Dayana, Julio, Gleis, Jacobo, Melany, Dainer, y Breidys for making my stay in Colombia wonderful and for making me feel at home.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Estancia de La Mantilla! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Cartagena, making it easy to explore the city.

Jhon truly made our experience special - he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. It was a pleasure talking with him each day and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks to Jhon and the entire team! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Maravilloso descubrimiento!!
Pros:

Un hermoso hotel boutique, una pequeña piscina que es un oasis, la terraza es fantástica, la vista preciosa, para disfrutar del atardecer.
El personal maravilloso, Dainer y Jhon súper amables, siempre con una sonrisa respondiendo tus inquietudes. La habitación hermosa, romántica, con bello balcón, techos altos, finamente decorado. El desayuno buffet espectacular, variado; es seguro que volveremos, muchas gracias!!

Nice hotel in the old town with an excellent breakfast for fruits, breads, juice, coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Close to all the action in the walled city yet on a quieter street so you can get a good night;s sleep.
