Beautiful property convenient for racing
Pros:

As a horse racing lover, the property offers much more than just accommodation. The paintings and statues etc are a delight to view.

Cons:

The room was very hot. Had to turn radiator off and open the windows but didn’t sleep well as a consequence as the open window rattled in the wind all night.

Exceptional, even more so if you like horse racing.
Pros:

Exceptional suite; very comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. So many fascinating horse racing artefacts line the walls.

Pros:

We had stayed previously and were looking forward to the breakfast which had been fantastic, we were not disappointed.

The only thing we would have liked which was missing was a lounge/bar and ideally to have an evening meal.

Breakfast excellent and the opportunity to eat in the main Jockey Cub breakfast room an unexpected pleasure

Cons:

Telephone reception. I was seeking advice about local restaurants and rang several times when there was no reply. Eventually I got through to Philippa who promised to email me a list of recommendations but nothing arrived. I left a message chasing up but no reply.
BTW - I finally booked the Indian restaurant in the streets behind and it was excellent!

Excellent and very interesting
Pros:

Breakfast excellent - good choice and service. Very comfortable single room. Highlight of the stay was the pictures and history on show wherever you went. Parking and access to the Jockey Club Rooms very good.

Horse lovers paradise
Pros:

love the building, design, style, and history behind it. Location and overall experience i had was great. definitely i will be back again.

All was good. maybe if they can do a short tour and just explain a bit about the Club and little history brief that would be amazing.
