Clean, solo traveler friendly, and professional staff
Pros:

I loved my stay here. The staff was extremely kind, rooms cleaned frequently , and the free coffee in the lobby helped me fight my jet leg. I appreciate how the staff was able to help me extend my stay a bit further and was really professional throughout my entire stay. I’d definitely recommend for solo travelers as the location is unbeatable !

Pros:

The location is great, close to central Osaka. The hotel had a nice map of the city with recommendations and works together with a luggage delivery service.

Cons:

The rooms are really small. Ours looked out at a wall and had a drumming noise, which made it uncomfortable to stand in certain places.

A reasonably priced hotel to stay in if you are in the Namba area of Osaka.
Pros:

The room that I was in was quite small and the bathroom almost required a gymnast to use (I am 68 and have never been a gymnast). The bed was comfortable. The hotel had an inviting common area where there is free coffee and a water fountain. Their staff were excellent, many of them speaking sufficient English to be quite useful. The location was good as it was not a long walk to the attractions.

Cons:

Room size was a little disappointing but that was what I paid for (it was supposed to be double room but I doubt that two people could have easily slept in the bed.

Cons:

The remove the washer dryer!? And replace it with a pantry I was very upset with this and the bed just sink it I don’t know my previous stay with them was great but not this time.

Location of hotel are excellent, walking distance to big mall, train station for reasonable price.
Pros:

The Hotel worker staff customer service are excellent , every respectful, treat guess excellent, i also like the unlimited coffee and cappuccino machine refill for guess.

Cons:

i have NO complaint on the stuff. Only thing i have is the hotel room are very small , not sure it is normal in Japan at certain area cause it is walking distance to prime location shopping Mall every building is tightly built cause i am so use to USA everything is extra large big !
