الغرفه اثاثها مو نظيف مره حتى الفرش الارضيه فيه ريحه والستاير ليست بحاله جيده مااعطيه قد القيمه اللي دفعتها
حتى في خدمة الغرفه طلبت اكل 4ساعات انتظر وكل مااتصل اوك اوك ولا وصلني طلب اضطريت اروح المطعم بنفسي

We had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel provided excellent service, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Everything felt smooth and comfortable throughout our stay.

A very special appreciation goes to the Front Office team, especially Gawshal Deluxan and Anusha. They were truly outstanding—professional, polite, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

People like Gawshal and Anusha really make a stay memorable. Thank you both for your exceptional service and kindness. We genuinely appreciate everything you did for us.

It was exceptional and had a very nice view and location

One litte thing was that the treadmill speed was a bit inconsistent and kept on stopping randomly so i was not able to finish my 5km run

מלון מאוד יפה . המחיר לא כלל ארוחת בוקר והתוספת היתה די מוגזמת אז ויתרנו ואכלנו בחוץ. החדר למשפחה היה ענק ומרווח. הבריכה מהממת וממש כיף לבלות בה עם נוף מטורף ומים מחוממים.

The landscaping is immaculate! Nice heated pool and good gym.
