Nothing, everything was excellent
Very Bad Management. we booked this hotel couple of days in advance for one night. However, due the travelling sickness in couple of family members we couldn't make the visit and I requested to cancel the booking with no fee charges on the same day I booked it. However, the hotel owner waited as much as possible closer to 24hours and said they won't cancel due to the waiting time the policy indicates they will charge full if not cancelled prior to the date of arrival. So it very bad management. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
Golden ridge is located in excellent location and rooms were spacious and food was very good. Staff and service was excellent.
