Cada dia um aprendizado...
Pros:

Pessoal receptivo. O condomínio é tranquilo e fácil acesso para a cidade de Cabo Frio.

Cons:

O apartamento não tem interfone para comunicar com a portaria .Pedimos comida pelo ifood e tinha que esperar o motoboy buzinar no hall ,muito desconfortável pelo horário de descanso ouvir as buzinas.
O apartamento fica próximo do lago e a noite tem muitos pernilongos recomendo colocar nas tomadas o repelente.
Quando chove entra água pela janela msm estando fechada pois é inteira de vidro aí abafa e o ventilador não suporta e ligar o ar condicionado só pra quem gosta msm.

Pros:

Condomínio muito lindo, limpo e organizado. O anfitrião foi muito simpático, solicito e prestativo. Nos recebeu muito bem, com carinho e atenção e nos deu indicação de lugares próximos pra comer com valores otimos.
Porteiro prestativo.
Vista linda do lago.
Pra ir à praia precisa estar de carro mas tem estacionamento e vale mto a pena.

Resumindo 100 por cento indico e se voltarei mais vezes
Pros:

Viajei em família 6 pessoas acomodou super bem condomínio muito tranquilo com parque e área de lazer

Cons:

Não tem o que reclamar só deixar um aviso não é crítica so piscina grande que está em reforma mais tem a piscina infantil que estava funcionando normalmente
