Pros:

Two subway stops and 5 minute walk from shinkansen station. Quiet place, clean room, nice staff.
They even helped us to save and recollect lost toy of my daugher. ありがとうございます!1

Pros:

洗濯物干しが十分に用意されていたのでとても良かったです。

Cons:

食器洗い用のスポンジが使い古されていたので嫌でした。ニトリで売られている「毎日使い捨てスポンジ」に変えることをホテルにオススメしたいです。
エアコンの室外機が埃をかぶっていて運転効率が悪く設定温度をだいぶ下げる必要があり、それに伴い電気代もかかると思われるので月に1,2回の掃除を推奨します。
(職業柄とても心配になりました)

Good for a longer stay with basically all necessities covered. Wifi could be more reliable.
Pros:

Location is great for me, central, but far enough from Kyoto station and the bustle of the tourist attractions to not feel like overly busy. Facilities are generally very good, especially having a laundry machine in the room is great. Having a kitchen is convenient too.

Cons:

Compared to when I stayed here last year, the wifi seems to have gotten a bit worse. Possibly due to network congestions, seemed to generally be worse in the evenings when maybe more people are at the hotel. I was not here on business so it didn't affect me much, but doing something like remote work here might be difficult because of the connection issues. A bit noisier around the room than I remember from last year.

Pros:

Bien situado y con todo lo necesario. La lavadora me encantó y en la ducha había un tendedero y perchas y podías poner una especie de secador de aire caliente y la ropa se secaba enseguida.

En 6 días sólo limpiaron una vez

Definitely a budget hotel in a decent location within Kyoto
Pros:

Rooms were spacious for Japan and location was good. Having a kitchenette and washer was helpful. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The property needs some updating. My travel group had 3 rooms and each one needed a new couch and table. All the couches were stained and lumpy and each room had a different table that appeared to be second hand. Also the carpets were old and stained so we could not tell how clean they were.

メインの旅のついでに訪ねました。

Cons:

1階は窓こそありましたが光が入らず真っ暗でまるで倉庫のでようでした。二日目から3階へ変更していただき明るくなりました。
