Staff members were always around and eager to help, bilingually. I especially note how helpful Patricio, Ignacio, Nicolas, and (bartender) Esteban were. Indoor swimming pool and sauna were nice amenities.
Elevators could be slow to arrive at times. Front door is always locked even during the day so it can be challenging to enter when arms are full, to fumble in a pocket for the room card key. TV remote was broken and had to be exchanged.

Great location in the heart of Santiago and Great view from the hotel. My room was not proper cleaned and there is a room for improvement regarding the Service like at the reception, restaurant or bar.
