La atención del personal en el front desk es insuperable. Se nos informó que nuestra habitación tuvo un inconveniente y el Sr. Hugo resolvió de forma rápida la situacion. Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones.
La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, todo queda cerca, la zona es muy segura para caminar de noche, hay varias opciones de comida cerca, el centro comercial y la casa de cambio esta cerca tambien, la habitación es cómoda y limpia.
El desayuno podria mejorar, pero me parecen reducidas las opciones pero cumplidor.
Quarto maravilhoso, sabonete, shampoo, condicionador disponível no banheiro de boa qualidade.
Serviço de limpeza muito bom.
Café da manhã maravilhoso, por exceção dos doces que não gostamos kk.
Localização fantástica, sendo esse um dos pontos altos do hotel, 5 minutos do MUT e uns 8 minutos a pé do Costanera.
