Хубав семеен хотел. Изключително чисто и поддържано. Всички от персонала са много любезни.

Einfach alles super! Wir hatten 2 Nächte geplant und sind dann 5 Nächte geblieben! Sehr nette Chefin Victoria und ihr netter Sohn Denny, die von früh bis abends für Ihre Gäste da sind. Ebenfalls einen Dank an die nette Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück und für die Zimmerreinigung. Wir hatten ein schönes komfortables und ruhiges Zimmer "nach hinten" raus. Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das Bett war das bequemste das wir auf unserer Bulgarienrundreise jemals hatten... Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und jeden Tag mit anderen Leckereien versehen (Eierspeisen, selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Ost, Gemüse, Käse, Wurst, Schinken, Kuchen...und guten Kaffee gab es auch). Sehr gute Lage des Hotels um Balchik und Umgebung zu erkunden und / oder das Schwarze Meer zu genießen (baden). Promenade und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit an Victoria und ihren Sohn! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the location. The host was very welcoming and eager to help. The food was very good, especially the breakfast which had homemade cakes and the lunch with a very tasty fish soup. The best fish soup I could say.

I am not a HORECA expert, but I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is rated only 2 stars, as it truly deserves more.
Everything met, and in some cases exceeded, our expectations. The room was very clean and was maintained daily throughout our stay. The towels and bed linens were spotless and changed regularly, which we greatly appreciated. The room offered enough space for two people, and we never felt that anything was missing. It was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short vacation. The breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from each morning. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and local shops. We were also able to easily walk to the Balchik Palace and Gardens, which made sightseeing very convenient. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and polite, always making us feel welcome during our stay. Before booking, we had read some reviews mentioning that the shower might be less convenient because there is no shower cabin. However, this was not an issue for us. With a little care and attention, it was easy to use the shower without creating excessive water on the bathroom floor. In addition, the cleaning staff mopped and cleaned the bathroom every day, so everything remained spotless throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and did our part to keep the room in good condition as well. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Balchik.

La struttura è situata in posizione strategica, a brevissima distanza dall’ampio lungomare pedonale, dove si trovano numerosi bar e ristoranti.
Appena arrivato, mi sono sentito subito bene accolto; ho potuto parcheggiare la moto nel cortile interno, evitando così di doverla lasciare in strada.
Ho soggiornato per due notti: la mia camera dava sul retro, per cui era molto tranquilla; letto comodissimo, pulizia eccellente.
Di buon livello la colazione.
Come detto, l’accoglienza è stata familiare, ma mai invadente; mi sono trovato benissimo e ci tornerei volentieri.

Este un hotel micuț și cochet. Personalul foarte amabil, dna Victoria este o gazdă excelentă.
