Nice Design , good services and clean

Cons:

Towel, blanket , pillow cover , bed sheet

The was a good size, bed comfortable, tv and Internet good.
Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

No view from balcony due to folage completely obstructing view from balcony.
Only 1 person could sit on balcony.
Breakfast was cold and very poor selection for western taste.
Although safety deposit box was listed in room description. On arrival none was available, eventually the staff supplied one.

Pros:

Very impressive building, with a unique feel to it. Definitely left a lasting impression on me and some my mates.

Rooms were well built and kept very clean. Staff was very accomodating to requests for extra bed and later check in since we missed our flights.

Would be booking this again

Cons:

Not much to nitpick other than showerhead not staying tightly fixed but other than that it was excellent

An extremely comfortable say with local breakfast buffet at an extremely convenient location in the town
Pros:

The whole hotel was an extremely impressive architectural building. We really love to have breakfast on the rooftop in the morning!

Cons:

I can’t really say. Thanks to today’s technology were able to translate language as relatively easily, so I didn’t really mind if the staff did not speak English. It was actually very refreshing!

Too expensive. Unacceptable service and breakfast.
Pros:

I was charged the Genius 1 bonus upon check in. The front desk agent did not have much empowerment to waive the difference. Besides, she mentioned it was the tax payment. I was not the tax but the Genius 1 discount. I confirmed to book this hotel room and I expected to pay 1337.22 THB. But I was informed as I said to pay 1453.50 THB. For this type of hotel with doors, towels and even the shampoo bottle that are not maintained, it is to expensive to pay this amount of money. For the breakfast, there were no buffet lines. You need to order and the food was very limited. You can never expect to have scrabbled eggs or even the salad for breakfast. The bed was not comfortable and the light it the room was not enough for those who stay and work with computer at the same time. The only good thing is the location but it is not convenient if you don't have your own car. I already imagine staying at other hotels when visiting Nakhon Si Thammarat instead.
