Comfortabel
Pros:

Pieter heeft ons zeer vriendelijk welkom geheten. We voelden ons meteen op ons gemak. Ontbijt was royaal en ook als je dieet wensen hebt.

A very good hotel near to Schiphol airport.
Pros:

The hotel is very good, clean, quiet, friendly staff. The food in the Bar Xplore are of good taste. Breakfast is good.

Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable, staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was amazing with plenty of lactose free and gluten free options, the location is also very good, next to a nice park to spend some time. There is a luggage room to store bags after check out.

Cons:

The shuttle was a bit unclear and the shuttle area is confusing, we ended up losing our first shuttle option because we did not understand that was the bus we intended on catching. Despite that the shuttle driver was extremely friendly.

Quality hotel at a very good price if you don't mind the 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport.
Pros:

Shuttle bus was free from the Airport and arrived right on time. Very good breakfast omlet station. Plenty of meats and cheeses and lovely fresh bread and rolls as well as pastries. We arrived around 11pm and enjoyed a drink at the bar, although they were not serving food still.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Cons:

Couldn't reserve the shuttle back to the airport without loading an app. Why couldn't the desk agent take the reservation?
Should not charge for the shuttle back to the airport. Most airport shuttles are free.

ontvangst en de ruime nette kamer

Cons:

airco deed het niet, van de TV ging het scherm steeds op zwart en kwam dan weer terug.
Daar was dus niet naar te kijken

Bar ging zondagavond om 23.00 dicht, veel te vroeg als er veel gasten tot 23.00 op 909 festival zijn.
Te weinig parkeerplekken voor gasten omdat bezoekers van 909 ook betaald konden parkeren terwijl ze geen gast waren.
je moet betalen voor een parkeerplek , 35 euro voor 2 overnachtingen , als je gast bent. dat kan echt niet.

6 euro voor een normaal biertje en 11 euro voor een halve liter in de hotelbar is ook veel te hoog.

Would definitely stay again. Loved the hotel and location!

Huge comfy bed, clean lovely environment. Huge clean room!

Cons:

Breakfast could offer more for lactose intolerant needs. They have oat milk but no soya yogurt. Expensive breakfast for if you want to eat healthy.
Conditioner was empty in bathroom and coffee machine didn’t work.
