Café da manhã excelente, quarto muito confortável e silencioso e funcionários gentís.

Cons:

Quiseram nos cobrar 5¢ por pessoa pelo transporte (shuttle) para o aeroporto, o que é incabível, visto que não foi informado na reserva e trata-se e um hotel de aeroporto, onde esse tipo de cobrança, pelas minhas experiências anteriores, nunca é cobrado, mas após a minha reclamação a cobrança foi abonada. Na hora do check-out foi nos cobrado pelos cafés da manhã um valor diferente do acordado no check-in, mas também abonado após reclamação. São pequenos fatos, porém não deveriam ocorrer em hotéis desse padrão.

Kann ich nicht beurteilen, es gab kein Zimmer für mich. Ich wurde in ein Hotel 35 KM entfernt untergebracht. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Name können Sie gerne haben.
