Ausgezeichnete Lage für einen Städtetrip!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei Außentemperaturen um die 35°C einwandfrei und war nicht laut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber - einer der Gründe, weshalb wir dieses Hotel gewählt hatten. Parken ist direkt nebenan möglich, es ist eine externe Parkgarage, die jedoch einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel hat. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings recht eng, insbesondere zur unteren Etage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir sind mit Hund angereist (gegen Aufpreis) und hatten keinerlei Probleme - im Gegenteil, wir wurden jederzeit herzlich begrüßt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und jeden Tag ein wenig anders, allerdings ist der Frühstücksbereich - insbesondere das Buffet - recht klein und wird dadurch schnell eng. Mit etwas Geduld war das jedoch kein Problem. Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum. Wir würden dieses Hotel für einen weiteren Aufenthalt erneut wählen.

Uitstekend verblijf midden in de stad.
Pros:

Locatie midden in de stad. Tramstation 1 minuut lopen. Personeel heel vriendelijk en meewerkend.

Cons:

Leider am Wochenende keine Zimmereinigung und neue Handtücher. Eine große Bettdecke für 2 Personen. Hätten lieber jeder eine gehabt.

Comfortabel hotel great location. Very spacious room.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. The location near the parliament and the palace is superb. The parking facility is excellent. But you download the ParkBee app to book your parking.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was served in the hotel lobby while people were checking out. That wasn’t very relaxing as people were coming and going. The breakfast wasn’t great in terms of the quality of the ingredients.

Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Location, um Den Haag zu erkunden.
Pros:

Von 17:00 bis 18:00 Uhr gab es für alle Hotelgäste ein Socializing mit freien Getränken und Snacks. Nicht nur eine freundliche Geste, sondern eine tolle Idee, um Menschen kennenzulernen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir für die Parkgarage des angeschlossenen Hotels einen Rabatt gewünscht.

Hotel excelente. Pontos fortes: simpatia de toda equipe do hotel, internet excelente, bom café da manhã, disponibilidade de lavanderia gratuita e localização

Cons:

O colchão da cama é muito mole. A limpeza do quarto poderia ter sido melhor: tive uma estadia longa e a limpeza não era feita todos os dias e, quando feita, apenas 1 ou 2 vezes por semana era verdadeiramente uma limpeza, e não apenas um trocar de toalhas e arrumar a cama.

Mooie locatie maar bedden verschrikkelijk

Locatie, heel aardig personeel, gezellige inrichting van de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Ontbijt niet bijzonder maar oké.

Cons:

De bedden waren echt kneiterhard. Topper gevraagd en gekregen maar die was zo dun dat het niets uitmaakte. Het werd een gebroken nacht. Gelukkig hadden wij maar 1 overnachting geboekt. Aangezien wij het slaapcomfort het zwaarst vinden wegen van een hotelverblijf krijgt dit hotel van ons weinig sterren. Om deze reden komen wij hier ook niet meer terug.
Ook vonden wij het jammer dat bij het ontbijt geen verse sapjes werden gepresenteerd.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights I think. And will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip. It’s convenient,
Pros:

The location. The complimentary beverages for 24hrs. Though it’s only coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water. It is very valuable that the hotel is giving this. The breakfast option was limited, but enough. And I like that we are allowed to bring the breakfast to our room. Also they organize happy hour three days a week. I think this is really good deal. Love that they have 24hrs gym and laundry is also open for 24hrs.

Cons:

Since the cleaning of the room is not done everyday, but I think it’d be nice to have a dry mop in the room so can wipe off dust, hair, crumbs etc. You know those dry wipe on a mop right. The room does have a small broom, but I find it quite troublesome to use.
