Pros:

10/10 la verdad me sorprendio muy positivamente! los cuartos grandes, espaciosos, super limpios y decorados super bonitos. el personal muy amable y atento. nos guardaron las maletas cuando nos fuimos al Salkantay Trek y lo hicieron con una sonrisa y una amabilidad muy genuina. FIJO volveremos!

Pros:

Muy centrico, el hotel precioso, pero lo mejor el personal. Dado que no hay asensor en el hotel y esta en una zona peatonal . Carlos ( recepcion ) nos ha ayudado personalmente para solucionar sin falta nuestro problema de equipaje. Un servicio superior ! Gracias a todo el equipo y especialmente a Carlos. Saludos desde Valencia España

Prima verblijf in Cuzco
Pros:

Er kan de hele dag (coca) thee en water gepakt worden. De kamers zijn comfortabel en ‘s avonds kwamen ze een warme kruik brengen.

Cons:

De locatie tov de stad is prima. Mooi uitzicht ook. Alleen savonds werd er luide muziek gedraaid in de rooftopbar boven het hotel (ander bedrijf). Onze kamer was net vervelend gelegen waardoor we hier veel last van hadden.

Pros:

Las personas de la recepción son muy atentas y colaboradoras.
El hotel es limpio, las habitaciones cómodas.
El desayuno muy completo. La zona es muy linda y tranquila. No escuché ruidos en la noche.
