Pros:

有小浴场可泡澡，床铺舒服。下午晚上不同时段提供酒水、饮料、点心、泡饭。离八丁堀商店街步行约五分钟。

Cons:

地理位置离车站略尴尬，前往JR广岛站只需广岛电铁两站、或步行约15分钟。停车位似乎非常紧缺。

又、利用したいし◎だった
Pros:

ドリンクやアルコールの自由にに飲める時間もありありがたかったです。
夜食のお茶漬けも良かったです。
お部屋も広く快適でした。

Cons:

部屋の冷蔵庫に冷凍庫がないの不便。
大浴場の脱衣所に座るとこが少ないしドライヤーが2個しかないのは残念。

駐車場問題
Pros:

思ったより部屋が広かった
部屋を清潔にしてあった

Cons:

駐車場にマイカーが入らなく、ホテル契約している他の駐車場が分かるまで、全く関係のない駐車場に停めざるを得なく無駄な出費になった
駐車場の説明で、スタッフの説明が早口で分かりにくい(インターホン越しではなく出て来て欲しかった)
