Great hotel with comfy bed and good service.
Pros:

Front desk staff is very helpful and very energetic to help with booking the restaurant for dinner for our big group.
The recommended Izakaya restaurant was great and met our requirement. The check out is very smooth.

Affordable well located hotel that is overall very comfortable.
Pros:

Clean well located hotel with lots of extras. Great view from the dining area. Great breakfast options and access to tea, coffee and snacks at different times of the day. Toothbrushes, PJs and slippers provided. Good shower and good quality of soaps, shampoos etc. Very friendly staff and easy check in and out and bag hood. Room was reasonably spacious. We really appreciated happy hour in the lounge.

Cons:

Bed was good but not a non disturb mattress for two.

最後の日の朝が残念
Cons:

朝食の時左右どちらからも料理を取りに来ていて　ごはん・納豆の後が食べられなかった　テーブルの上に食器を配置していたからだと思う。　パンの手前に食器を置いていたら流れがスムーズだったと思う。

Pros:

The bathroom was small but clean. The hotel was located centrally in Hiroshima.

Cons:

The hotel is dated and old and not at all good value for money. I paid basically double a regular rate somehow for 3 beds but couldnt even open up 1 suitcase in the room. The hotel room had 1 tiny window that you could barely see out of. The carpets look like haven't been updated since the hotel was built. The charging outlets wouldn't hold a charge unless you placed your cables in very specific angles. The staff, was so very slow. Any question asked be prepared to wait 20min for a response. If there was any guest infront you you can guarantee a 30min minimum wait. The tile in the entrance and reception was dirty and old. I cannot say enough poor things about this property especially for the price. It was comparable in price to my Tokyo stay at a 4star hotel for 4 nights, yet I got a 2 if not 1 star offering at this hotel. Please really research other options before choosing this one. Or stay elsewhere and travel into Hiroshima for the day. That is better than booking here and paying through your nose for substandard amenities and service. Its basically operating like an airbnb. Do your own checkin, grab your own amenities and sort yourself out.

Pros:

Terrific location, nice breakfast as well as tea time, evening drinks, Rooms moderate size, nice onsen, but best was the location in easy walking distance to Peace Park as well as lots of little restaurants
