The spacious room (by Japanese standards) is a big plus :)
Pros:

Spacious room with a wide double bed. Very clean. All amenities are available, if not in the room, then from the lobby. The lobby and reception are on the 14th floor, quite unique. A wonderful terrace off the lobby. Free evening meal in the lobby and free drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Friendly, helpful staff. Luggage storage available before check-in. Good location.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Nice Lobby Bar on the 14th floor. You always get something for free, like happy hour drinks between 5 and 7.
They have an onsen and give out Tattoo Cover patches.
The location is good, you can walk to the A-dome and shopping area. Its a bit of walking but not too bad. To the A-Dome 20 minutes. To the Hiroshima Station 20 minutes too.

Cons:

The onsen is nice, but could be a bit bigger.
One morning I had to wait to get seated for breakfast and it was very crowded. Staff made sure that everything was perfect but by doing so, they were standing in the way of an already packed area.
My room was a Single room without any Charme. Just functional.

Goed hotel met business uitstraling, prima plek om Hiroshima te verkennen. Dicht bij het station, maar met koffers is een taxi aan te bevelen. Vriendelijk personeel. Beetje kleine ramen, maar dat is standaard in Japan. Kamer niet groot, maar wel handig ingedeeld. Hele goede bedden. Elke middag gratis happy-hour op de 14 etage met snacks. Tip: ga een dagje naar het eiland Miyajima. Makkelijk te bereiken met de trein en veerboot.

Clean. Easy walk to tram and bus stations. Snacks, happy hour drinks were a nice touch.
Good breakfast choices. Late night snacks.

Good terrace to relax.

Onsen lovely. Coin-operated laundry facility useful.

Cons:

Personally, it's too busy for me. Did not realise when booking what a large hotel this is. Tour groups. Large dining area.
