Great location and great staff
Pros:

Lovely staff and good location. Cocktail hour on roof was fabulous and the bar staff amazing!

Cons:

Not a fan of showers in baths - may be difficult for some people to climb in and out of bath. Water pressure in shower was average.

J'ai tout aimé...l'emplacement...le cadre...les petit-déjeuners très copieux avec une équipe en Salle "aux petits soins"...les Dîners au Restaurant de l'Hôtel avec la Serveuse (Maya) très sympathique et extrêmement Professionnelle...les Coktails au Sky Bar...tout était (au millimètre)...et Magique !!!
Je recommande vivement cet établissement où absolument tout le personnel est très agréable et très respectueux !!!...Encore toutes mes Félicitations à toutes et tous...et c'est avec beaucoup de regrets que je quitte cet Hôtel...mais je reviendrai...peut-être même dès l'année prochaine !!!...Merci encore pour ces 4 jours "de rêves" !!

מיקום נהדר אבל חוויה נוראית הכפיות של הקפה היו חסרות בחדר , הסברנו שלא נגענו בהן אבל הואשמנו עי הצוות וזה הרס את כל החו

Great location but dated facilities
Pros:

Great location, staff were really lovely, good breakfast. Pillows were great

Cons:

The property was quite dated and it was a shame they now only have an indoor pool and no outdoor pool. The shower was mostly cold and we could never have a warm shower and the aircon was broken in our room if you wanted to switch between aircon and fan only mode. The bed was a little uncomfortable

Vanha klassikko hotelli joka kandee kokea! Sijainti täydellinen…hieno sikarilounge myös terassibaarin yhteydessä!

Cons:

Saatiin ekaksi huone missä ei ollut kaupunkinäkymää, mikä oli luvattu. Mutta huoneen vaihto sujui sit kun elokuvassa kun asiasta mainittiin. Terassibaarissa ei ollut kunnon viinitarjontaa mitä myös kaipasin!

GOOD VALUE HOTEL IN GREAT LOCATION
Pros:

walkable to many places to eat and drink and also sites. Our room at the front of the hotel was noisy and staff were happy to move us to a quieter room at no charge.

Cons:

the front rooms can be noisy down to the laneways below, especially an intersection where music can be played at night until about 10pm.

موقع الفندق قريب من البحيرة ومن الاسواق

Cons:

سعر الغرفه كان مبالغ فيه ، يوجد نمل صغير منتشر في الغرفه ودورة المياه ، الافطار كان عادي جدا ومحدود ، الموظفين في الاستقبال وفي الفطور غير متعاونين ، يوجد العديد من الفنادق بالقرب منهم افضل بكثير ،لن اكرر الزيارة .

Perfectly located in the Old Quarter within walking distance to almost everything to do in the Old Quarter including the lake, Train Street, Hoa Lo Prison and others.

Cons:

The Pool has been moved from the rooftop and is now inside and did not look inviting at all.
