Room is cleaned very well; towels are always stocked on time; modern Japanese bidet toilet. Staff is extremely kind and helpful from the front door up to the room. Well deserved 4 star hotel.
Hands down the staff! This is our second stay here in two years and the staff remembered us! They were so lovely, kind and helpful. Always ran to get the door for you! The breakfast is delicious and offers a great variety. The location is also great!
The only thing that bothered us is the shower leaks so much water no matter how you shower. It’s in a bathrub situation but the water just splashes through. We just asked for a few extra towels and that was an easy fix.

We stayed in Ho Chi Minh City for two nights and, given our short time there, the hotel was in a very convenient location (literally a five-minute walk from the Independence Palace). Our room was clean and exactly what we needed for a short stay, and the staff was super nice and always willing to help!
The majority of breakfast options were traditional, which wasn’t bad, but made us feel that there were not too many options.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la ville et de ses principaux points d’intérêt.
Le personnel offre un véritable service 4 étoiles, avec une équipe professionnelle, attentive et très agréable tout au long du séjour. La chambre est belle, spacieuse et surtout très propre, ce qui rend l’expérience très confortable.
Le seul petit bémol concerne la vue, qui est un peu en dessous de ce que nous attendions. Cela n’enlève cependant rien à la qualité globale de l’établissement.
En résumé, une très bonne adresse à Ho Chi Minh, surtout pour son emplacement, son confort et la qualité de son service.
