Great location - big room
Pros:

The hotel was clean and quite big for Vietnam. The room was nice and I had a free upgrade. Bed was comfy.

A value for money hotel in the heart of Saigon

- Staff were very welcoming and supportive

- I got a very lovely handwritten message in my room, after reporting isues. Thanks for the writer

Cons:

- Hotel did not have body wash liquid or solid soap
- Recling seat was dirty and broken; they replaced it on me request
- The bath tap was broken; it was fixed after my report
- Pool water was not heated and was too cold
- I was looking for a quiet study or conference room for my online meeting; the hotel did not have such a facility and they did not let me use teh conderence room

702 no lu oda da kaldım .tam üstü spor salonu .ama tam üstü sadece. Sabahın 7 sinde büyük bir gürültü ile sürekli uyannak .bu kadar saçma bir durumla ilk kez karşılaşıyorum .odanın üstüne spor salonu mu yapılır !

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in bester Lage mit allem Komfort
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt strategisch hervorragend, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen und gleichzeitig so "abgeschieden", dass man nicht mitten im Verkehrstrubel ist.
Das Personal ist ausgesucht aufmerksam. Mein Mann hatte eine Lebensmittelvergiftung und der Manager hat sich fürsorglich gekümmert und sich regelmäßig nach dem Gesundheitszustand erkundigt. Auch das Restaurantpersonal hat sich mit Tee und Toastbrot rührend gekümmert. Ganz großes Kompliment.
Das Hotel ist verhältnismäßig klein, keine Bettenburg und insofern ruhig und gediegen.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und es wurden alle Speisen bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit nachgefüllt. Sogar Extrawünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit einem Sessel bzw. Massagesessel ausgestattet. Das Bad ist modern. Es war das erste Hotel, welches eine elektrische hochkomfortable Intimdusche direkt auf dem WC hatte. Die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr gut.
In der 9. Etage gibt es einen überdachten Pool. Das ist genial, da man selbst an sonnigen heißen Tagen luftig im Schatten liegt und keinen Sonnenschirm braucht. Man kann auch Essen und Getränke bestellen. Die Poolbar ist während der Poolzeiten besetzt und das Personal present und aufmerksam.
Wenn wir wieder nach Saigon reisen, werden wir definitiv dieses Hotel wählen.

Do tohoto hotelu bychom se příště určitě vrátili. Hotel byl krásný, čistý, perfektně zařízeny, bazén byl velice příjemný a čistý. Vyzdvihli bychom práci všech zaměstnanců, kteří byli neustále milí, pracovití a nesmírně nápomocni
