Very Central
Pros:

Very central, comfortable and clean.
Room very spacious and with big window.
Love the room amenities.

Cons:

The staff at the reception were unfortunately not very friendly or flexible. We arrived at the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and were asked to pay for early check-in if we wanted to go to the room, even though the room was already available and ready.

Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent. It’s right next to two different subway lines and just a 20-minute walk from the shopping street in Ginza. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. The room was stocked with amenities such as towels, shampoo, and toothbrushes.

It was quite. Very close to Ginza’s shopping. Very clean. The bed sheets and comforter were exceptional

Ze spokojnym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel.
Pros:

Do wyboru śniadanie azjatyckie w hotelu obok należącym do tej samej sieci lub zachodnie w hotelu. Osobiście wyżej oceniam śniadanie azjatyckie, choć i zachodnie nie było złe. Doceniam możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w przechowalni i to zarówno przed zameldowaniem jak i po wymeldowaniu z pokoju. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji. Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki, czysta łazienka i sprzątany pokój. Niezaprzeczalnym atutem jest lokalizacja hotelu, w prestiżowej Ginza ,tuż przy stacji metra, w pobliżu targu rybnego, ogrodów cesarskich, teatru kabuki i sympatycznych restauracji z przystępnymi cenami , dobrym jedzeniem i życzliwą obsługą.

Cons:

Nie było takich sytuacji. Mam wyłącznie pozytywną opinię :)

Good value for a short saty. Central location near the Outer Market. The room was typically small, but comfortable.

Pros:

Location is very good for shopping, staff is helpful, room is spacious for Japan

Cons:

The pillows were not soft, I was hoping to fancy have a good rest having twin beds in a room but was a little disappointed.
