An OK stay at this hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good for our needs. There is a station opposite the hotel. It is a short walk to the Tsukiji fish market and Ginza.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the Mattress was very firm and the pillow was very thin. The room was very dull and could do with updating.

Very dated looking. Carpets dingy Blankets were old and dingy looking, had stains. Not the best customer service when asking questions.

OK stay, location was good for the places we wanted to visit.

The location is not too far from Ginza and the hotel is close to a metro station, restaurants, shops and the fish market.

Pros:

החדרים שבחרנו ( טריפל) היו מרווחים. השמפו , סבון וכד היו ריחניים ונעימים ובשפע, מים חמים וזרם טוב במקלחת.היחס של הצוות היה אדיב.

Cons:

המיקום במרחק של כרבע שעה הליכה מהחנויות של גינזה.או תחנה/ שתיים ברכבת. המיטה והכרית היו קצת קשים בשבילי. במלון לא היה לובי לישיבה.

Very Central
Pros:

Very central, comfortable and clean.
Room very spacious and with big window.
Love the room amenities.

Cons:

The staff at the reception were unfortunately not very friendly or flexible. We arrived at the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and were asked to pay for early check-in if we wanted to go to the room, even though the room was already available and ready.
