Die Sauberkeit war absolut Magelhaft ch habe bei Ihnen ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht und musste leider feststellen, dass dieses in keiner Weise den erwarteten Standards entspricht.

Zum einen war kein erkennbarer Unterschied zu einem normalen Standardzimmer vorhanden, obwohl ich bewusst ein höherwertiges Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt habe. Dies stellt für mich bereits eine klare Abweichung von der gebuchten Leistung dar.

Darüber hinaus musste ich feststellen, dass sowohl das Badezimmer als auch das Bett nicht sauber waren. Dieser Zustand ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht keinesfalls den grundlegenden Hygieneanforderungen

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Hotel, tolle Lobby und Bar. Komfortables Zimmer. Gutes Bett, großes Bad. Zimmer zum Innenhof - daher ruhig. Bus- und U-Bahn-Stationen in wenigen Gehminuten.
