Ils ont été l'écoute, meme d'une demande de derniere minute pour l'arrivée de mes parents. Ils viennent de rentrer et la vue est juste fantastique et c'est un petit établissement qui permet de respirer.
Rine à signaler, meme le petit dejeuner a été apporté à mes parents alors que leur départ se faisait dans les heures de fermeture du restaurant.
Beautiful property, very quiet with beautiful views.
You have to drive into town. It is a 30 minute walk down but because of the steep hill it’s 60 minutes to walk up. The fire alarm was right above the bed and the flashing light kept me up all night. Also, the room was clean for the most part but there were coffee stains on the kitchen counter that could have been cleaned and bird poo on the window. For the prices I would have expected more attention to these small details.
The view alone is worth booking here! Nice space, clean, friendly staff, extensive breakfast options.
La habitación era muy amplia, terraza con vistas al mar y la limpieza de 10.
El desayuno era de 8 a 10, fuimos a las 8:45 y no quedaba pan, ni yogures, de jamón quedaba solo una loncha y de queso dos. Pedimos más pan y tardaron como 15 min en reponerlo, no salía el personal para pedir más cosas ni reponer. El café era agua sucia, a los 40 min cuando nos íbamos, nos ofrecieron yogur.... en resumen, bastante descontentas con el desayuno y el personal que lo atendía, teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel.
Fantastic view from our apartment which was very spacious. Super friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast. We forgot our daughter's jacket in the hotel and staff arranged the delivery to another hotel we staid in. Many thanks to staff for their hospitality!
All was perfect!
Beautiful location looking out on the sea. Great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We arrived at 9PM, booking last minute because of a cancelled flight, and they came to welcome us and had set up a cot for our baby already. The area is beautiful for walks.
Apartment was a bit humid but that’s difficult to avoid in Azores. We ordered a few drinks and a snack in the evening which took almost an hour to prepare.

The place was breath taking the view just beautiful. The room was super spacious and a dream. We had dinner in the room overlooking the ocean and was so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was lovely in the morning.

Nicest hotel in Mosteiros….The views from the rooms and the balcony are awesome. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and the best part was Vanessa who went out of her way to make us happy. We were initially in room 1 and there was an odor in the room that bothered my wife who suffers from allergies. Vanessa made it possible for us to change to room 5 which was much better!
The odor in room 1, and the staff member that claimed they had no other rooms available.
