one word. fabulous
Pros:

this was my third year staying at grand hotel royal. the owner Gaetano and his family are the essence of Italian hospitality. great location to start my trip to Calabria. my wife and i travel to Italy every year and this is always my first stop. we will continue to stop here to see our extended family. we felt an instant connection after our first stay. we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. alla familia!!!!!

Pros:

Great location, close walk to the main Pompeii town and cathedral, very easy to get to the ruins and for a bus to Mount Vesuvius. The hotel itself was very comfortable and accommodating, but the staff were exceptional and always wanted to help.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist ja mal mega! Genau neben den Ruinen und so ziemlich genau an der Innenstadt dran. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Hotelier hat uns sogar am Abreisetag noch an den Flughafen gefahren.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und es wirkt alles hochwertig.

It is a beautiful, small hotel run by a lovely family. The cleanliness and service were exceptional. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Perfecto hotel
Pros:

Todo perfecto, nos alojaron en una habitación superior a la contratada. Muy amables y siempre dispuestos a solucionarte cualquier duda. Nos recomendaron restaurantes para cenar a buen precio. En nuestro caso, teniamos el desayuno incluido pero debido a que el avión salia temprano, no podiamos tomarlo. El hotel nos preparó un bolsa con comida para el desayuno. La limpieza de la habitación perfecta. Sin lugar a dudas, recomiendo este hotel para ir a Pompeya. Repetiría seguro.

Pros:

Bell albergo vicino sia al centro di Pompei che al favoloso santuario oltre all entrata dalla porta anfiteatro per gli scavi di pompei. Staff molto cordiale e professionale in particolar modo Gaetano e la sig.ra Lucia, un albergo degno di nota lo consiglio vivamente a chi volesse soggiornare qualche giorno a Pompei, ritornerò sicuramente. In conclusione che dire, è stata una magnifica esperienza.

Nel complesso tutto il soggiorno si è svolto in modo impeccabile nulla da segnalare.

Esta es la segunda vez que nos alojamos allí en Pompeya. Repetimos porque, en general, nos gustó la relación calidad-precio: la comodidad de la cama, la limpieza de la habitación, el parking en el mismo hotel, el desayuno… Además hay que subrayar el trato tan amable que tienen siempre con los clientes, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Está vez en concreto fueron muy, muy amables ya que a pesar de que nuestro ferry se retrasó y llegamos a las 2:30 de la madrugada a hacer el checking, estuvieron esperándonos con una sonrisa para entrar a la habitación. Cuando volvamos a Pompeya, repetiremos👍🏻, no hay dos sin tres🤗

Pár perc sétával elérhető minden. Aki szeretné látni Pompeii-t annak tökéletes. A személyzet kifejezetten segítőkész volt. Motorral mentünk, a felszerelést és a motorokat is biztonságban ott hagyhattuk másnap a szoba elhagyása után, míg kirándulni voltunk. Mikor vissza értünk, még egy hűsítő italllal kínáltak indulás előtt.
