Very nice stay + dinner overlooking the Mississippi
Pros:

I had to reschedule one night of a cross-country road trip and we wound up here. I hadn't paid much attention to the location and amenities, and we were thrilled to discover the 9th-floor restaurant. We had wonderful cocktails and snacks while watching the sun set over the Mississippi -- a really great stay! Breakfast was also decent, parking was easy.

No air for hours couldn’t relax because of the heat
Pros:

I have enjoyed my past visits with the Hyatt in east moline I especially love the river view n cleanliness of rooms and hallways

Cons:

This stay I sat with my children in a room that didn’t have air from 3pm-7pm on a very hot day. The maintenance man was constantly in and out to fix it and finally at 930 I got to comfortably sit and relax. He apologized so much for the issue and said the GM was on his way but never heard from anyone.

All are so beautiful except we stay anti 3:15 pm to check in however we arrived 2:15 pm

Pros:

The staff were terrific and very helpful. The room (with a Mississippi River view) was clean, comfortable and just what my wife and I needed as I was there on both a working and casual stay.

Cons:

Nothing major. If anything, the location isn't really walkable to anything. You will need to drive to sites in the area.

Okay , but service could be better
Pros:

Breakfast selections were good with plenty of variety, good location by the river, nice view. Staff was polite, room was clean .

Cons:

Room supplies were short on replacing in a timely manner, always had to ask for towels, coffee, trash bags. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Pool is small, no hot tub. Lots of trash in the stairwell. Had to evacuate for a fire alarm right out of bed.
