Neary rude people in Japan! That was interesting for a very kind country like this.

Cons:

The stuff was extremely local and it was impossible to communicate with them. I requested a company invoice and I still need a company invoice under my company name. I gave all the informations to them and they said booking.comm will issue the invoice. They knew nothing about the process!! I still need my company invoice and I need booking.com’s help regarding this!

Pros:

A very nice Japanese style hotel. Quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

They use physical keys and require that you leave them at the front desk when leaving the hotel. A little uncomfortable with that setup.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel avec une jolie décoration traditionnelle, personnel attentionné et chambre très confortable. Tous les repas proposés sont japonais c’était bons et permettent de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs. Les kimonos prêtés étaient adorables, le onsen privé (payant) était très agréable avec vue sur Yasaka Pagoda (temple Hōkan-ji). Comptez environ 15–20 min à pied pour rejoindre Gion, et il est facile de commander un Uber ou demander un taxi à l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le personnel (comme dans pas mal d’hôtels que nous avons fait au Japon) ils ne sont pas tous à l’aise avec l’anglais on avait parfois un peu de mal à se faire comprendre.

Pros:

저녁식사와 다음날 아침식사가 포함되었는데, 두 식사 모두 매우 만족했습니다. 13살, 11살 아이가 먹기에 적당할 지 다소 걱정했지만, 모든 가족이 저녁과 아침에 매우 만족했습니다.

숙소는 깔끔하고 아늑했고, 숙소 내에 있는 라운지에서는 무료 다과와 커피를 즐길 수 있는 점도 좋았습니다.

무엇보다 모든 직원이 너무 친절했습니다!

Cons:

오사카역에서 걸어가거나 대중교통을 타고 가기에는 다소 어렵습니다. 택시를 타면 금방 도착하고 큰 비용이 들지 않으니, 택시를 타는 것을 권합니다.

미리 예약을 하면 호텔에서 셔틀을 제공한다는 이야기도 들었는데, 그 방법도 좋을 것 같습니다.

No food for me next time
Pros:

Everything was great! I loved the experience of staying at a ryokan, the hospitality was amazing and the facilities were top notch.

Cons:

The food was simply not for me, but now I know that next time I’m not booking the room with breakfast and dinner included.
