buen desayuno. Tine una linda piscina climatizada que no usamos por que no tuvimos tiempo dentro del hotel . Esta cerca del la estacion de tren

Hedwig at the reception desk was very helpful and kind. She was able to accommodate me and my family to switch to a better and bigger room due to nuisance issue that we hear below the room we were originally in. Clean and staff are very nice and friendly! I would recommend and go back again to this hotel. Thank you!

False representation and you made to sleep in dirty rooms
Pros:

Total misguided and misrepresenting. They don’t clean rooms and don’t take any responsibility . Even after requesting to clean room after 2 days of stay , they try to avoid to save cost . Very dodgy practice and misrepresentation of things they sell.

Very pleasant even thou there was a Bandia in the pool floating around. A lot of kids running scamming no adults watched

Terribly lying staff
Pros:

Staff are scammers. Was in the hotel about ten hours with my family. We showered, slept, and got breakfast. They charged $350 for a “deep cleaning” without any evidence. I guess towels are considered too much for them to do. We have stayed at dozens of hotels and never had this happen before. Do not recommend at all.

Overall everything was great.. Love staying there.. The staff is always welcoming but not the food..

I didn’t like the breakfast… The sausages are always cold and the juice selection is never good.. Where is the orange juice, Apple Juice and the water had a nasty taste

A Hotel Stay as Beautiful as Our Wedding Day
Pros:

Home2 Suites Edison made our wedding weekend absolutely unforgettable. From accommodating 50+ rooms for our family and friends to making every guest feel welcomed, the hospitality was truly unmatched. They went above and beyond by displaying our wedding photos throughout the hotel TVs, allowing us to host pre-wedding dinners and late-night after parties in the lobby, and even surprising us with sparkling wine for the bride and groom.

The bridal suite was enormous, the rooms were spotless (and smelled amazing), and the entire staff handled our late-night wedding shenanigans with nothing but kindness and professionalism. A huge shoutout to NELSY PAYANO in the sales department, she was attentive, caring, and organized every step of the way. She’s a huge reason we chose Home2 Suites Edison, and we could not be happier that we did. Truly a first-class experience from start to finish!
