excellent accommodation, close to attractions in downtown Boston, large and cozy room, my family loved it

location is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly and professional

Cons:

the shower door is very difficult to open and close, and the shower head cannot be adjusted

La ubicación es buena para ir a los sitios andando.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son bastante justas para el precio que tienen. La ubicación de las habitaciones muy regulares, nos da la sensación que dan peor ubicación por reservar via booking. Las instalaciones son justas, gimnasio pequeño, zona de recepción sencilla. Se averiaron una tarde los dos ascensores. No ha tenido una buena relación calidad-precio.

Pros:

Location is at the centre of Boston nearby city park and city government hall.

Cons:

I was asked to deposit additional USD100 at the hotel counter upon checking on April 24, 2026. The front desk staff informed me that this amount would be refunded after check-out. I have now returned home, but I have not received it. I wrote two e-mail letters to the hotel e-mail address and no response received. It is a very poor experience to a foreign guest.

The hotel rooms were very small, poorly furnished, the bathroom was uncomfortable; Only the address was quite convenient, the LOBBY was very unsightly, it does not fit the Hyatt brand;
