Excelente. De lo mejor en Villa de Leyva
Pros:

Excelente ubicación! Y las instalaciones increíbles y nuevas. El desayuno muy rico y abundante también

Cons:

Pedimos una decoración de cumpleaños y el recepcionista, Julian, nos ayudó pero no tuvo la mejor disposición. Aparte de eso excelente servicio también

Perfekte Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt. Das gesamte Gebäude, (demnach auch unser Zimmer) ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Es gibt eine tolle Dachterrasse und andere einladende Bereiche. Das Frühstück nimmt man in einem dazugehörigen Restaurant in der Parallelstraße ein. Es wird wunderbar angerichtet und schmeckt sehr lecker, wir haben Verschiedenes ausprobiert. Da unser Bus am letzten Tag morgens nach Bogota ging und die Zeit zum Frühstücken nicht mehr reichte, konnten wir sogar ein Frühstück abholen. Perfekt.
Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei dem freundlichen Personal bedanken.
Wir hatten einen Notfall und mussten nach Bogota
telefonieren, wir durften das Telefon der Rezeption benutzen und das ziemlich lange. Wir haben maximale Unterstützung erhalten! Dankeschön
Wir können jedem empfehlen, hier zu übernachten.
Mit dem kleinen “Reiseveranstalter” direkt neben dem Haus haben wir auch eine Tagestour gemacht. Der Fahrer hat uns unkompliziert an mehrere Orte gefahren. Zum Terracotta-Haus kann man unkompliziert zu Fuß laufen.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Villa de Leyva
Pros:

Es muy lindo, muy limpio y está bien ubicado. La atención de todo el personal, Julián y todo el equipo fueron muy amables. El restaurante del hotel es excelente, el desayuno incluido muy rico.

Cons:

El restaurante queda a cuadra y media y el parqueadero también. Pero vale toda la pena

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, aunque el jacuzzi del roof top no funcionaba y tenia muchas expectativas porque lo anuncian en booking y me dijeron que todavía no está en funcionamiento.

Cons:

El checkout a las 11 de la mañana es muy temprano. Uno está de vacaciones y con un check out a las 11 la mañana se reduce al desayuno y nada más. El desayuno es delicioso aunque se demoraron mucho en servirnos y sería bueno que arreglen la entrada del hotel, se ve raro que de la mitad para un lado está todo bonito y la otra parte toda descuidada.

Pros:

La casa es hermosa, la mejor ubicación, la decoración de las habitaciones es impecable, el trabajo del personal de limpieza es maravilloso. El personal en general es muy respetuoso y atento. La ubicación de la habitación permitió que está estuviera fresca en comparación con el otro edificio. Creo que de todos los hoteles que cuentan con desayuno, está ha sido mi mejor experiencia, la calidad es inigualable.

Cons:

Para ser una habitación deluxe, era pequeña. Los muros no está insonorizados, así que es fácil escuchar de una habitación a otra.

Cons:

Al tener el restaurante lejos de las habitaciones debería tener botellas de agua para los huéspedes y un buen servicio de café. Me parece increíble que un hotel de esta categoría y en Colombia tenga cafe instantáneo con agua tibia en las mañanas.
