According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. The law applies to foreigners as well and in such cases, the passport will be necessary instead of the ID.
When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
The value of the pet fee is BRL 90 plus 3 percent ISS per day.
We accept small animals, up to 14 in for dogs and 12 in for cats.
In the halls, pets can only be placed on their guardian's lap; they are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. Atendimento e instalações.

Cons:

O restaurante deixou a desejar, o almoço foi de baixa qualidade , e no café da manhã, a qualidade dos bolos era ruim . Pela tradição de Blumenau , deixou muito a desejar.

Área de laser muito bom , piscina temperatura agradável , restaurante tudo perfeito café ótimo com bastante variedade , ponto negativo para a acomodação dos quartos mesmo tendo duas casas de casal nao é possível hospedar mais uma criança , tendo que pegar dois quartos para 3 pessoas

O formato dos quartos ,sao 2 camas de casal porem nao tem opção de colocarmos mais pessoas no mesmo quarto nem mesmo crianças

酒店硬件设施不错。离市中心走路大概30分钟的样子。位置比较偏，但是酒店环境很好。员工很热情。

Bom hotel
Pros:

Excelente localização, boa infraestrutura, cama super confortável, quarto amplo e chuveiro a gás quentinho. Restaurante com bom café da manhã, serviço de quarto, e boa comida.

Cons:

TV do quarto ficou sem Internet múltiplas vezes. Funcionários do restaurante desorganizados, pediram pra colocar uma pulseira na recepção, pra validar no restaurante, mas no restaurante disseram que não precisava da pulseira.

Upgrade, tbém de problemas
Pros:

Recebi um Upgrade, pois o Hotel estava lotado devido a um evento no dia seguinte a minha chegada.
Recebi uma Suíte dúplex.

Cons:

Apesar de um quarto com sala, varanda e dois banheiros, a escada em caracol pode ser um problema para que viajar com malas maiores. Para pessoas com mobilidade restrita, é até perigoso.
Mas o problema maior é o chuveiro dentro de uma banheira de hidromassagem. É quase impossível uma pessoa acessar ela sem ter que sentar na beirada. E quando abre o chuveiro molha todo o banheiro.
Precisa dar uma solução para isto!!!
