Great overall experience.
Pros:

Overall experience was great. Staff was fantastic. Rooms are somewhat small but very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn't get to sleep well. Couldn't get in snd out of bed.
Pros:

The bed was wedged in with only room to crawl into it. Not at all good for someone with failing legs and 80 years old. Breakfast was okay. Nice coffee service. Friendly staff. Very small rooms.

Worst place to stay at Amsterdam airport
Pros:

Maybe the smallest room in Amsterdam, with the toilet next to the bed so I can touch them both at the same time. The food did cause diarrhea, so I guess the toilet might have been intended for convenience. It is a chipple and the people are at least friendly on the surface.

Virtually no storage space in the rooms, non intuitive system to manage room cleaning, no sink in the bathroom instead it’s in the room

Peut mieux faire
Pros:

L’hôtel est trés facile d’accés en métro depuis Amsterdam central dans un quartier agréable.
Idéal pour un concert au "Carré".
La chambre bien que minuscule et très chère est correcte et suffisante pour un court séjour.
Le personnel est sympatique et attentif.

Cons:

J’etais venue. Il y a quelques années et j'étais ravie de revenir.Quelle deception!
J’ai demander à changer de chambre (pour des questions de sécurité et de confort) en payant la différence bien sûr.
La réponse a été proche du refus catégorique.
Seule solution proposée: que j’annule ma réservation donc ce qui signifie la perte de la somme déjà payée et que je refasse une réservation.
Je n’ai pas apprécier cette réponse ridicule..
La reception ne m’a pas refais de reservation ,et on m’a fait comprendre que ma reservation d’une chambre simple(au même prix qu’une chambre double tout de même)ne me donnais droit à rien d’autre .
Les raisons évoquées par la suite pour expliquer ce refus ne sont pas crédibles. (hôtel presque complet et alors ?!).
Je tiens quand même à remercier la manager que j’ai vu le lendemain (Sandy) et la jeune femme de la reception pour leur écoute et leur bienveillance.
On m’a proposer de changer de chambre .
Ce geste est digne d’un hôtel de ce prix.
J’ai aussi apprécier que la manager avec qui j’avais échanger à mon arrivée prenne le temps de discuter avant mon départ.
Je suis partie exaspérée et je ne reviendrais pas .
À l’avenir je choisirais un autre hôtel .
