Séjour idyllique. Toute la décoration de l’hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit dejeuner en room service est de niveau palace. Le restaurant étoilé est vraiment à la hauteur, notre repas était magnifique. Sans oublier la piscine avec hamman et sauna en sous sol qui est splendide.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The Porto football team were celebrating their championship win on our second night which we were informed of ahead of our arrival. Earplugs were provided but I did not need to use them as I did not hear any noise. All staff members were very friendly including the security on the night of the celebrations. I would stay again as the location was very central too.

É perfeito. A estrutura do quarto é excelente, todos os dias tem uma surpresa preparada na abetura da cama, carinhoso ainda, tem supresas o tempo todo o que é super legal. A cama é super confortável, o banheiro é excelente, chuveiros maravilhosos, super limpo, sem nenhum detalhe negativo. A equipe super gentil sempre. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. A localização fizemos tudo à pé, sempre estavamos perto do hotel em todos os pontos turísticos. É realmente sem nenhum detalhe negativo.

We had a wonderful experience at this well appointed luxurious hotel. The included breakfast had a wide variety of delicious hot options as well as a plentiful buffet. Nothing could top our friendly bar tender, Francisco, and the delicious bar food created by the chef at the Bar American, Louis, who clearly has a passion for the culinary arts. Spectacular stay
This is a fab hotel. The location is perfect for exploring and the rooms are a great size. Comfy beds and a great bar to have drinks in the evening with the pianist. The spa is lovely and th fitness room has everything you need too. Highly recommend.
We celebrated our mother-in-law's 77th birthday. What a beautiful hotel and wonderful service. Highly recommended! There was also a nice surprise in her room because it was her birthday. The breakfast is fantastic, by the way!

Gostei de tudo. Apenas pequenas sugestões: cheiro ambiente no lobby demasiado intenso, pequeno almoço ótimo mas podia ter um pouco mais de variedade, a nota de que a tentaram arrumar o quarto podia ser enviada por email, não e papel (pouco ecológico).
