Pros:

The pool had warm water and the rooms were clean and nice and breakfast was great. Also great location.

Cons:

The room service was extremely slow. Due to an issue with their system, our dinner order was completely forgotten and never delivered.

Additionally, the manager contacted us regarding alleged damage to a wall and initially requested that we cover the repair costs, even though we were not responsible. Eventually, they acknowledged that it was only a minor mark and confirmed that no charges would apply.

Overall, these incidents made our stay less enjoyable and left us disappointed with the level of service and communication.

Wonderful top tier hotel and staff.
Pros:

this is 6 out of 5 stars, wonderful high end experience, staff were wonderful. robe and slippers provided. Michelin restaurant on premises. Treat yourself to this experience!

Great hotel - but don’t lose property here. They won’t find it.
Pros:

Location, breakfast staff were great.

Cons:

I left a very expensive T-shirt in the wardrobe and called them three hours after I left. They claimed they couldn’t find it.

Pros:

The location was incredible but outmatched by the incredible staff, comfortable beds, and delightful common areas including the library, spa and bar. We have stayed at top end hotels all over the world and this is right up there, delightfully surprised.
