Cons:

On arrival the staff weren’t aware of my booking and the room had to be prepared. The room was not clean, with chunks of paint missing along the wall near the door, there was stains on the bed throw and a layer of grime in the bathroom. When I woke up the morning after, there was a roach crawling around the bathroom. For the price it was an extreme let down. They also only accepted cash which was not relayed anywhere on booking.

Unbequem und ungemütlich
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Eingangsbereich sieht sauber und einladend aus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, in dem ich war (shared room, 2 beds) war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster, wodurch gefangniszellengefuhle hoch kommen. Wenn man mit frischluft versorgt werden möchte, muss man einen lauten beluftungsventilator nutzen. Vermutlich war das "zimmer" zuvor eine besenkammer.
Das Bett ist vielleicht mit dem wort Bett nicht gut beschrieben: es handelt sich dabei um ein holzbrett, auf dem eine dünne, 3-4 cm hohe matte liegt.
Dass der boden schmutzig und abgenutzt wirkte, es laut war und die Waschmaschine zu spüren war, hat mich dagegen wenig gestört.
Ich kann die guten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen. Wie gesagt, der eingangsbereich sieht sauber und schön aus, die zimmer, zumindest das meinige, sind eine Katastrophe. Ein zimmer sollte mindestens ein fenster und ein wirkliches Bett mit einer Matratze besitzen.
Der preis von 17 dollar ist für den standard eine unverschämtheit.

Pros:

Удобное расположение, отзывчивый персонал. Очень понравилось, что есть шкафчики, где можно оставить ценные вещи, это очень помогает.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция, к сожалению, отсутствует. В остальном все отлично.

Great value for money!
Pros:

Location is good to move around the centre of Bishkek by foot. Anywhere like 10-15 min. Minimarkts and plenty of dining options around. Mall is also around the corner (Bishkek Park).

Cons:

The property is located on the 17th floor of an apartments building. Lift goes until 16th, then you have to take steps one level. Not something negative for us, but just facts.
Because of this, you will have to arrange meeting with the staff to guide you through the gate, elevator and stairs on the first day! But they are just excellent with communication via Whatsapp, they do not let you down!

One of my fave rooms in Bishkek
Pros:

It's not my first & not last accommodation here.


1) central location;
2) very helpful reception staff;
3) my Deluxe room design, esp.the wall painting in an ethnical & historical style;
4) my own 🚿 shower;
5) cleanliness in the premises, in general.

Cons:

Last time WiFi was stronger. Couldn't work properly online....
