Not worth the price paid
Pros:

Pillows were excellent

Cons:

Air conditioning was insufficient
Bathroom floor was extremely slippery and not safe for kids and elderly
Devoid of Electrical Plug point/ socket
Toiletries not provided ( luckily we brought ours)
Hanger and wall hooks
No phone to connect directly to front desk
From the frontdesk/ lobby: we have to walk to the next building across the street to get to our room😢😢😢

Dah bayar online .. dah ada email tapi staff still tak nak bagi bilik Dan suruh buat payment baru dng harga bilik walk in .. I buat police report atas staff dia yg berbangsa cina- perempuan yg memang kurang ajar Dan tak tahu macam mana nak cakap dng customer.. Dah bayar online pun still tak nak bagi bilik .. I ada semua prove..
