Muy recomendable
Pros:

Hotel muy recomendable. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check-in, un detalle que agradecimos mucho. La habitación era preciosa, amplia, con piedra natural y una cama muy cómoda. El desayuno estuvo bien. La persona de recepción, un encanto, muy amable y cercana. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Hotel charmant très bien situé au cœur de la ville, plage accessible en 15 minutes à pied. Le patio et la terrasse sont un plus bien agréable. Le parking en face est très pratique. Tout est propre , élégant, confortable, décoré avec soin et le petit déjeuner somple et délicieux.
Les hôtesses sont accueillantes chaleureuses et font tout pour rendre le séjour agréable.

A charming small hotel with potential — but not yet a consistent boutique experience
Pros:

We stayed at Soléa House for our 19th wedding anniversary. Having worked in tourism and hospitality for more than 30 years, I probably look at hotels both as a guest and from a professional perspective.

Soléa House is a charming small property with character and a pleasant atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the staff preparing boiled eggs especially for my wife because of her dietary restrictions. When we reported a faulty shower door, the hotel also promptly offered to repair it; we later declined because we preferred not to be disturbed.

Soléa House is certainly not a bad hotel. It has charm, helpful staff and real potential. With some relatively small operational improvements, it could deliver much more consistently on its boutique positioning.

Cons:

However, we felt there was a gap between the hotel's boutique positioning and the consistency of the actual guest experience.

We had informed the hotel in advance about our anniversary. In fact, we chose Soléa House over accommodation closer to the sea partly because of excellent reviews mentioning personal attention on special occasions. We did not expect free wine or elaborate decorations, but were surprised that the anniversary was not acknowledged at all — not even with a simple greeting or card. We were later told that anniversary arrangements are available as a paid package. We fully understand charging for extras, but a small personal gesture is, in our view, part of boutique hospitality.

Breakfast was basic and almost identical every day. Coffee is apparently available 24 hours, but cups and capsules were not readily accessible and had to be requested from staff, while the property is normally unstaffed after approximately 4 pm. There is also no common guest toilet after check-out.

We requested a late check-out until around 3–4 pm, partly because my wife was unwell. It was declined, with the alternative being payment for another full night. We understand that late check-out is not guaranteed, but had hoped for greater flexibility from a small boutique property.

There were also smaller issues: the handheld shower did not function properly, and conversations around reception could sometimes be clearly heard despite the “Silence – Resting Area” notice.

What surprised us most was being told by the owner that if we wanted a higher level of service, we should have booked a five-star hotel. We did not expect five-star luxury. For us, boutique hospitality is about individuality, attention to detail, consistency and thoughtful personal service.

La ubicación en el centro del pueblo es muy buena, el hotel es muy bonito, Lidia muy amable y pendiente

Cons:

La habitación aunque es bonita es pequeña y huele a humedad porque está el baño con pared de cristal y no hay ventana a exterior, otros años nos hemos hospedado en otras habitaciones mejores

Perfecto para nuestra estancia
Pros:

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es el personal. Dana, la chica que atendía el desayuno y recepción es excepcional. El trato es familiar, y esto facilita mucho la comunicación. A nivel de instalación la habitación estaba muy bien equipada y hay una terraza común arriba muy acogedora.

Todo! Excelente ubicación, trato súper amable, muy buen desayuno. No se escuchaba el ruido de la calle desde la habitación.

Cons:

Señal de Internet muy baja, al menos en nuestra habitación. Pero no lo hemos comentado en recepción ya que para nosotros es algo sin importancia. Todo perfecto!

Charmant gezellig hotel

De charme van het hotel vinden wij geweldig. In een leuk straatje waar in de ochtend de tafeltjes buiten werden gezet voor ontbijt

Cons:

Wij sliepen aan de straat kant, begane grond naast de Receptie waar het ontbijt werd klaargezet. In de ochtend gehorig, maar vanaf 8:00 dus dat valt mee.

Es como estar en casa

Hay lugares que son mucho más que un lugar donde dormir.
Hay lugares que, de alguna manera, se quedan dentro de ti.

Este hotel ha sido uno de ellos. El sitio es fantástico, sí, pero lo verdaderamente extraordinario ha sido el trato, la cercanía y la manera de hacerte sentir en casa.

Y aquí quiero hacer una mención especial a Dana. Gracias por ese trato tan espectacular, por cada detalle y por conseguir que la estancia fuera mucho más que una experiencia bonita.

Entre estas paredes se queda una parte de mi historia.
De esas que no se olvidan, porque hay momentos y personas que llegan en el momento justo y dejan huella.

Quizá por eso, al ver estas imágenes y estas palabras, pienso:

Siempre hay que dar el primer paso.
Hay que dar.
Y entonces… comienza la magia.
