Large room, great location. Good spa.
Absolutely brilliant staff - form cleaners, front of house and restaurant.
Couldn’t charge items when out the room as needs card in the slot to allow electricity.

Отличный видовой ресторан с шикарнейшим завтраком шведский стол с разнообразным огромным выбором очень вкусных блюд. Очень приветливые сотрудники на ресепции. Есть камера хранения рядом с рецепцией, оставила там вещи на несколько часов перед вечерним вылетом. Очень большой номер с двумя кроватями. Очень чистое отглаженное постельное белье. Халат. Тапочки.
В душевой кабине нужно было бы покруче сделать наклон слива, когда принимаешь душ, вода течет в ванную комнату, но это не является большой проблемой.

The hotel is really good! Location and room!
The staff and hotel rules are really bad. Check in is after 15 o'clock. We came at about 12:30h. They let us to leave the baggage. I tried to pay, but they said they cannot make payment before check in. Also I ask them can we go to spa and wellness, I get same answer - Sorry you cannot use nothing without check in. I left the hotel and my friend came back at about 17h to go to the hotel room, I took company card with me, and they didn't let him to go to room before payment. However - strictly not recommend.
great breakfast
We stayed in room 207 for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
First, the ventilation fan was extremely loud, and the staff told us it could not be switched off. We had to wear earplugs to fall asleep both nights, which significantly affected our rest.
Second, the body lotion dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The staff said they would fix it, but it was still not repaired by the time we checked out.
Most importantly, the bottom trim of the bathroom door frame was loose and unsafe. It came off when lightly kicked, and we nearly slipped and fell when entering the bathroom. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed immediately.
Additionally, we noticed that rooms on the fifth floor had coffee machines, while our room did not. It was disappointing that the in-room amenities were inconsistent.
Overall, the room was poorly maintained, and the issues we reported were not properly resolved during our stay. We expected a much better standard of comfort, safety, maintenance, and guest service.

Everything was good, including the location and the food.
The only problem was the heat at night. Even with the air conditioning on maximum, the room stayed warm and it was hard to sleep comfortably.
The hotel has a paid parking at just about a minute walk. Room was fine. Breakfast was also good, sufficient variety of local food.
Arrived at 3am due to flight delay, then left on the next morning at about 9am. I was charged 2 full days of parking, paid 40€. They could have make a better price in this case, small details with a customer may have big impact.

Kamer was schoon en compleet uitgerust.
Kamer was wel vrij donker en de inrichting is een beetje gedateerd.
Хороший отель рядом со старым городом. Приятный интерьер, все достаточно новое, номер просторный, удобные кровати. Завтрак на 7 этаже с панорамным видом, качество и выбор блюд достойные.
Отель соответствовал нашим ожиданиям, все было хорошо
