Très bon séjour dans un hôtel confortable, bien situé, avec un excellent service et un spa très agréable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre, confortable et agréable, ainsi que le spa, qui est un vrai plus. Le service a été excellent, aussi bien à la réception que pour l’entretien de la chambre, avec un personnel disponible et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était correct et varié. Enfin, l’emplacement très central de l’hôtel est vraiment appréciable pour visiter Belgrade facilement à pied.

Pros:

Boa Localização , proximo do Centro.
Saindo do Hotel, bem em frente o local é feio , mas andando 100 metros melhora.

Cons:

A utilização do SPA é paga e feita mediante reserva de horário exclusivo para a família. Pagamos e reservamos nosso horário, porém havia outras pessoas utilizando o espaço. Precisei ir duas vezes até a recepção para que a situação fosse resolvida. Considerando que o uso é cobrado e limitado a uma hora, esse controle deveria funcionar melhor.

Pros:

We enjoyed our staying for two nights in Belgrad. Room was spacious and tidy. Breakfast was very good! The pool and saunas were nice too.

So ein schönes Hotel erwartet man gar nicht in Belgrad. Und dann noch der Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna macht den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Buen hotel con relación calidad-precio mejorable
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y modernas. Las camas cómodas y los baños amplios también. El desayuno tiene bastante variedad y tomarlo en la planta alta viendo la ciudad desde arriba es muy agradable. La localización también es muy buena.

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio. Lo escogimos frente a otros hoteles porque tenía piscina, pero cual fue nuestra decepción cuando nos enteramos en recepción que para usarla junto a las saunas hay que pagar un extra de 10€ por persona. Por otro lado, por la zona no se aparca muy bien y además es de estacionamiento regulado y limitado, por lo que el parking del hotel se hace bastante necesario; el hotel cobra por este y el precio del mismo es de 20€, bastante elevado en nuestra opinión. Para mí el fallo principal del hotel es la relación calidad-precio; es cierto que el hotel está bastante bien, pero el coste de estos extras me parece excesivo en un suma-y-sigue al precio que ya se paga por la habitación.

Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Direkt neben der Busstation, EXTREM laut. Sehr dreckig. Lichtschalter und Türen haben schon länger keine Putzmittel mehr gesehen.
