Did the job, pleasant enough.
Pros:

It did the job for a one night stay just fine. Quiet considering the location. Off the beaten track

Cons:

No breakfast option, and nearby food choices somewhat limited. communal areas a bit tired, felt a bit expensive for what you got, but it is central London. Room layout a bit odd.

Pros:

Comfortable accommodation, good location, good value for money—I recommend it
Pros:

The location is super, with good access to the underground. The rooms aren't large but are adequate and nicely furnished. In this heat, air conditioning was a bit missing, but not that much. The whole hotel is very pleasant, set in a classic London townhouse with narrow hallways and a backyard. There's coffee available at the front desk, which made me very happy.

Terrible hotel, unclean, much clutter in the room. No space for the second person to come out of bed
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful particularly Efe.

Cons:

The first room given was dirty; there was human hair in the bed and the linen had not been changed.
The second room was slightly better. There was a fan in it which helped. However, the layout of the room was stifling, not thought through from the point of view of the guest. The mattress was old and very soft, it sank in the middle.
It was not necessary to have shelves on the wall; there was a surplus of unnecessary furniture, eg bulky wardrobe, door in front of the fridge, etc. The ambience was negative.

Pros:

El hotel está muy cerca de la parada de metro de whitechapel. El personal fue muy amable y la habitación era bastante rande y estaba muy limpia. Tenía cafetera, tetera, frigorífico, microondas y plancha.

Cons:

El hotel está muy cerca del Hospital y a veces encontramos personas de todo tipo. A pesar de eso no tuvimos problemas de inseguridad.

Had everything we needed.
Pros:

Easy to find, super close to shops and train station. We chose this place for it's convenient access to the Stansted Express (which all worked out perfectly!) The staff couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful! Room and ensuite were incredibly clean and I always like having a fridge in the room so added bonus there.

Cons:

We had some difficulty with the TV but it didn't impact our stay as we watched a movie on a phone instead.

Good hotel, just need some finessing.
Pros:

Lovely bathroom looked as new.
Allowed us to check in after 11pm...due to public transport!

Cons:

Requested higher floor but was given ground floor, in spite of being told they could accept our requested.
Window opened to area with washing machine in. So room was very hot, plus hot pipes going under bed. Only given a fan. Learnt at check out we should have been offered a air con unit!!
