Zentrale Lage, cooles Hotel - sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit hohen Standards punkto Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und freundlichem Personal. Bei der Ankunft gab man uns beispielsweise gleich eine Liste mit Restaurants mit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein gehalten, aber immer noch ausreichend.

Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

Everything, the staff was amazing. The hotel would decorate it really well and was unique Technology the rooms came with was impressive.

Rooms are a little small but the amenities they come with make up for that.

Beautiful hotel in a convienient location.
Pros:

I liked the modern design and the beautifully decorated lobby. The mood lighting controls in my room were also really nice. This location was also very conveniently located, about a 15min walk to Pike Place or to Lake Union.

Cons:

The check in was very self guided with minimal contact from staff, I usually enjoy talking to the staff that check me in. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just a personal preference of mine.

Disappointing experience for business travelers due to poor invoice handling and unprofessional staf
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the hotel concept was modern and well designed. My previous experience with citizenM in the Netherlands was excellent, which was one of the reasons I chose this property.

Cons:

As a business traveler, the invoice process was disappointing. Although I had requested an invoice in advance and received confirmation that it would be sent automatically, the checkout process created issues and the staff member handling the situation was rude and dismissive. Business travelers should be aware that obtaining proper invoice support may not be straightforward.

I loved the lobby, so hip and welcoming! Great place to read, play games and just hang out!

Cons:

Garaged parking was expensive. It cost me $65 for 2 days.
