Service that would entice me to return!
Pros:

The outstanding customer service by Laquita. She quickly checked us in with high touch service. Provided extra towels, toothbrishes and toothpaste. Our stay was unexpected due to the storm. She pointed out the amenities and ensured we were comfortable before we departed for a much needed rest!

Great place to stay only 25 min to PORT CARNAVERAL
Pros:

Jen is fantastic when checking in and helpful during stay. Great location and close to the port. Great reasonable rates. I truly have never seen a housekeeping staff work so hard, this hotel should be very proud of this team. Great job

Perferct place for visiting Kennedy Space Center
Pros:

It was close to the Kennedy Space Center and it was equipped very well with all needed for a short stay. The breakfast was an usual american breakfast, somehow automatized (i.e., it was no staff around); not extraordinary, but suitable for an early departure to Kennedy Space Center. The room has an extremely well equipped mini kitchen; it was a real surprise to find even wineglasses. It is just a perfect place for visiting KSC and the surroundings.

Cons:

Except for plastic flatware, there was no such thing. Also, more vegetables at breakfast would be wounderful.

Awesome place to stay
Pros:

The facility is nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome and staff is great! Every staff member greeted you and went above and beyond for customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The aesthetics trumped functionality in the building.
Pros:

The aesthetics were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Handicapped bath had a tub instead of a shower. My wife could not bath the time we were there. Kitchen did not have a electrical outlet for the coffee maker. We had to move the coffee maker to the top of the dresser. While pots and pans were supplied, there were no dishes or eating utensils.

The room was equipped with a small kitchen (refrigerator, cooktop, pots and pans, and a microwave) it was an unexpected surprise. The bed was comfortable.

Staff was very friendly but comfort was horrible.
Cons:

The beds were horribly uncomfortable along with the pillows. I barely slept because of how bad it was. I tossed and turned all night and the couch bed felt as if it had holes. I would not recommend this hotel based on this.

Good stay
Pros:

Nice quite, best nights sleep I have had in months.. Breakfast was hot and well kept. The attendent was friendly and efficient. The hotel was well kept over all. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Great experience
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Clean and great customer service! We had an issue with our door not opening and there was a glitch in the batteries for the door to connect to the key card, but they had it fixed within 10 minutes! Highly recommend!
