Pros:

식음 부문의 만족도가 특히 높았습니다. 음식은 따뜻하고 알맞은 상태로 제공됐으며 맛과 구성도 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들의 밝은 표정과 친절한 태도, 단정하고 멋진 모습도 호텔의 좋은 인상을 더해주었습니다. 이용 중 불편한 점을 말씀드리면 즉시 시정해주셨고, 실제로 손해가 발생한 부분까지 신속하게 보상해주셔서 고객을 존중하고 끝까지 책임지는 호텔이라는 신뢰가 생겼습니다.

연박이었는데 별도로 요청하지 않아도 중간에 객실을 깨끗하게 정비해주셔서 무척 감사했고, 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 밖에 나가고 싶지 않을 만큼 호텔 안의 모든 시설과 공간을 훌륭하게 만들어 놓았습니다. 가구와 조명, 공간 구성은 물론 객실의 물과 컵 같은 작은 비품까지 세심하게 준비한 것을 보며 오너의 감각이 정말 탁월하다고 느꼈습니다. 특히 16층 라이브러리의 책들과 호텔 곳곳의 미술 작품이 무척 좋았습니다.

단순한 투숙객이 아니라 집에 초대받은 귀한 게스트로 대접받는 듯한 경험이었습니다. 국내외의 수많은 5성급 호텔을 다녀봤지만, 전체적인 만족도는 라까사호텔 광명이 단연 최고였습니다. 이렇게 좋은 공간을 오래 지켜주시고 더욱 번영하시길 바랍니다. 좋은 경험을 만들어주신 모든 분께 복이 가득하시길 진심으로 바랍니다.

다만 프런트 데스크와 컨시어지 서비스는 아쉬웠습니다. 응대 직원이 마스크를 착용하고 있어 표정이 잘 보이지 않았는데, 이를 보완할 만한 눈맞춤이나 말투에서도 미소와 친절함이 충분히 느껴지지 않았습니다. 식음·객실 부서 직원분들의 밝고 세심한 서비스와 비교되어 더욱 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 호텔의 훌륭한 시설과 따뜻한 철학에 걸맞게 프런트 응대까지 조금 더 친절하고 밝아진다면 완벽한 경험이 될 것 같습니다.

Bien pero necesita mejorar ciertos aspectos

El desayuno me pareció bastante regular y su precio no refleja para nada la calidad de la oferta de alimentos y bebidas.

Cons:

La habitación es grande y bien amueblada, la cama cómoda, pero hay algo que sigo sin entender respecto a las necesidades básicas de un viajero: lo primero que necesitamos cuando llegamos a un hotel es una banca o mesita para poner y poder abrir el equipaje; ¡es básico! Igualmente, básico son los accesorios en los baños para colgar batas, pijamas, neceser, toallas o ropa cualquiera: resulta muy frustrante cuando no hay donde colgar ni las propias toallas del hotel.
Por último, el set de café/te, que ofrece café en polvo y te de mala calidad: eso lo tendrían que mejorar.

Pros:

Le complexe entre bowling, ping pong et salle de gym on a le choix. Personnellement on a juste profité du ping pong et c'était très chouette
