If ever in the area will return
Pros:

Very friendly people staff layout was exceptionally good. Breakfast was off. The chart couldn’t have been any better.

Over all it was good.

We were rushed to leave. Check out was at 12. The lady knocked on our door twice. The first time to ask what time we were leaving at 10 & the other was at 10:50. It was very annoying! If your going to rush why Make check out at 12?

Short but lovely.
Pros:

Great breakfast and loved sitting in the back deck overlooking the lake afterwards.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location with so many restaurants and shopping available.

Cons:

The front lobby was messy the reception desk specifically. It looked like a utility closet. The microwave available to customers for use was extremely dirty with dried food in it and under it, not to mention the rotating glass dish was missing. The elevator carpet was dirty and it smelled musty. Staining on the wall as soon as you exited the elevator. Hallway smelled musty and certain parts of the carpet were dirty. The carpet in the room was stained and the bathtub was dusty and had hair in it. Compared the my stay at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Southpark Charlotte this was very mediocre for $200 a night. I won’t be back.

I wouldn’t refuse to come back. I just thought it would be nicer than it was.
Pros:

Size of room. Nice bathroom.

Cons:

Refrigerator in room would not get cold, the pool needed cleaned and had mold around it, the breakfast eggs and waffles were ice cold.
