Pros:

The staff were very friendly especially Komal. We highly praise her especially because she greeted all of us especially my child. Not many staff do that and I highly appreciate this gesture. In addition she guided us for close by events, restaurants etc

Great location to "do it all"!
Pros:

Excellent location to Canberra Centre! Parked the car for two days at Wilson parking 2 mins away & never needed it! Had everything we needed at the doorstep! Food, Shops, Cinema, Kingpin, Coffee- any and everything.
The foyer was so clean and lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A delicious selection of quality tea, coffee and hot chocolate to choose from in-room.

Cons:

The shower door didn't stop the water from running all over the bathroom floor. (Minimal whinge about that.)

Family stay
Pros:

Fantastic location and facilities. Kids really enjoyed the space and we felt right at home. Rooms were serviced daily and the proximity to the city centre made everything so convenient!

Great central location, comfortable and very attentive staff.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, welcoming and I received a call even before we arrived to check a few details.
Central location, good layout of apartment.
Good soundproofing, nice east facing aspect with morning sun coming in.
Staff went out of their way to help with the TV that was not working. (thank you Bandit!)

Cons:

Hallways were freezing!
Kitchen knives could have been sharper and were hard to chop with.
A few small cleaning issues; oven racks and tray were dirty, something like orange juice splattered on the wall and a bit of rubbish on floor down behind the bathroom bin. As they were only small things I cleaned them myself and when I told staff as we checked out they were most apologetic.

weekend getaway
Pros:

we enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, warm, quiet, modern and comfortable. The positioning of the motel was very central to all the things we wanted to do. There were no onsite parking spaces available during our stay but didn't have any problems parking at the Wilson carpark , it was only about a 4-5 mins walk away
