Staycation for my bf birthday celebration, thanks to Eirin who gave us an unforgettable surprise! We had a complimentary upgrade to Grand Suite and enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back again for sure!

The vibe

The location is walking distance to KLCC Park. The room ambience was on point - total relaxing. The breakfast spread at ATAS was amazing. All the staff are friendly, helpful and quick to respond

I had a wonderful stay! The gorgeous interior design, with its beautiful blend of traditional Malay heritage and a modern twist, is what drew me to this hotel. This was actually my second stay, and because I stayed longer this time, I truly got to experience your excellent service. Every staff member works in perfect harmony, creating a respectful and welcoming environment.

A few highlights that made my stay feel personalized and well taken care of:

1. Online Booking & Front Desk Team: Incredible attention to detail! Even before my arrival, the online booking team noticed I had booked a twin room for my wife's birthday staycation and proactively switched it to a king bed. Upon arrival, the counter staff was also fantastic and granted our request for a late checkout without any fuss.

2. ATAS Restaurant: The staff was highly attentive and gave us a joyful, cheerful greeting, showing a lot of love to the babies. I was so grateful when they stepped in to help me carry plates on a few occasions when my hands were full with my baby.

3. The Pool Team: They greeted us warmly, set up our towels on the lounge chairs, and brought us refreshing cold drinks after our swim.

Sorry can't remember everyone name, but they all made my stay enjoyable.

Please note that, the hotel is on the smaller side and quite pricey, and it is completely understandable given the level of luxury, privacy, and exceptional service provided. Because of its boutique size, you never have to worry about a crowded pool or long queues for breakfast; instead, you can enjoy both in total peace. It’s worth noting that the hotel isn't particularly geared toward young children, as there are no specific kids' facilities like a playroom, playground, or library. However, for those seeking a quiet, private, and luxurious getaway, it is absolutely perfect.

Great hospitality and service! All staff are very accomodating and helpful! Bell, especially :) Love the food spread! The best ones would be the crab soup and dimsum!

Loveeee! 🤍 Came here for a short honeymoon stay after our wedding and absolutely fell in love with this place. Превосходный отель. Дизайн и звезда Мишлен вполне заслуженны. Идеально все - белье, комфорт в номерах, бассейн, спа, завтрак. Придраться почти не к чему. Если останавливаться в центре, то именно в нем. Очень тихо. Приватная атмосфера. Качественное и внимательное обслуживание везде. Все супер. Так держать!
