The hotel itself is excellent. Probably one of the cleanest, best kept hotels in any major city, anywhere.
The service however is absolutely superb. Besides the excellent waiters at the restaurant, including the very helpful Mursaleen and his coworker whose name starts with an R (I forget), I’ll mention Danish who has always been extremely helpful upon entry and exit. Today he offered to follow me all the way to through the parking garage while a looked for my rental car and even to wait with the luggage while I went back up to get the internet needed to unlock the car. Extremely professional service from Danish. Thank you all!

The ambience just makes u wanna be calm, composed and chill
One of the most important thing i would really highlight, is the attentivenes of the staff.
From the moment you come in to dining to room service everyone seems to be well trained, well spoken and professional.
Special thank you Mr Stephen, Ms Adreena, Limon and En Izwan for the wonderful hospitality given to us to make my birthday stay a most wonderful experience.
Our stay at The RuMa Hotel and Residences was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
We came to Kuala Lumpur to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special babymoon before welcoming our little one, and The RuMa made it an experience we’ll always remember.
The room was beautiful, thoughtfully prepared, and every detail made us feel incredibly cared for. The special decorations and birthday cake were such a lovely surprise and made the celebration even more meaningful.
A very special thank you to Auni for arranging everything so thoughtfully. Your kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel so special. We truly appreciate all the effort you put into making our stay memorable.
