La piscina era stupenda, l’albergo é molto bello, niente da dire, posizione Eccellente e tutto molto pulito.

La décoration est magnifique. Les chambres sont très confortables et nous transportent dans une Malaisie raffinée et pleine de charme.
Le petit déjeuner est phénoménal et d'une diversité qui ravira tout le monde.
La piscine est très agréable.
La localisation à deux pas des tours Petronas et des rues animés du centre de Kuala Lumpur.

The RuMa Hotel e' un boutique hotel luxury davvero bellissimo. Nel nostro viaggio tra Malesia e Bali abbiamo soggiornato in alberghi top, ma forse il RuMa è stato quello dove siamo stati meglio.
Upgrade con camera vista torri Kuala Lumpur davvero suggestiva, colazione di livello, piscina e bar super. Ultimo giorno partenza presto, bene servizio breakfast da asporto. Da ritornare

Good location. Really appreciated the good lighting in communal areas and the room. Staff was very attentive, especially Sofiuddin, who looked after us so well at the pool bar. Unfortunately we didn't manage to try the restaurant, as we booked for the tasting menu that we saw in the hotel information provided in the room, but once we got there we were informed that the menu had changed. I suspect it was probably a case of poor communication between the restaurant and front desk as we did mention it when booking.

The location is very central, the staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived including taking our luggage up to our room. The room itself was spacious and stylish. The bed was super comfortable (with pillow menu options) and the block out shutters made it excellent for getting a good nights sleep. The shampoo and conditioner provided were a much higher quality than most hotels provide and smelled divine. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide selection of cuisines and we also took advantage of the pool and cocktail bar in the early evenings. The Room service food was excellent for the nights we preferred to stay in and the overall quality of our stay was exceptional.

Absolutely gorgeously designed and elegant property. Stepping in makes you feel instantly relaxed. Warm staff and service, beautiful bedroom and bathrooms, very conveniently located. Highly recommend!

The buffet breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of delicious food that made each morning even more enjoyable.

It wasn't just the beautiful hotel that made this stay memorable, but the genuine kindness of every team member. I can't wait to return.

Friendly staff and amazing property

lovely spacious room, stocked with all amenities that could be needed. large bathroom area with 2 sinks, and large shower and bath. The staff were both welcoming and happy to help. all areas were clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, aswell as restocked.

It was such a lovely stay at The RuMa Hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Guest Experience Manager, Kiky, who assisted my partner and me during check-in with a genuine smile and excellent hospitality.

Overall, our stay was amazing. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast at ATAS was also excellent. Despite the high occupancy, everything was well managed, and the service remained attentive and efficient.

We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return again. Highly recommended!
