I am not always happy and satisfied with the service, atmosphere, food. In this hotel I cannot find any negative thing, because it is literally perfect 🤩

Ambience and breakfast

I had an amazing birthday staycation at this hotel! Thank you so much for the complimentary room upgrade as a birthday gift. The birthday decorations and cake were such a lovely surprise—I absolutely loved them!

All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay even more memorable.

Overall, everything was perfect. You guys did an outstanding job, and I definitely will be coming back for another staycation. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at The RuMa Hotel Kuala Lumpur and were thoroughly impressed by the experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the entrance and reception greeted us warmly whenever they saw us, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a calming atmosphere (the yellow lighting) and a lovely signature scent that can be noticed throughout the property.

We chose the Corner Room with KLCC view, and it was absolutely the right choice. The view was stunning (especially at night) and made our stay even more memorable. And it's very quite and peaceful there and we didn't hear any disturbing noises from the streets below.

We also visited the gym, which was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and provided a peaceful environment for a workout. The design is unlike any other gym, with weaved sengkuang as the ceiling.

Breakfast at ATAS was another highlight. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. They guided us to our table, assisted with our orders, and ensured we had everything we needed.

Overall, The RuMa exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality, comfort, and ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm welcome. The hotel has a beautiful signature scent that smells amazing—it’s one of those fragrances you’ll remember long after you leave.

To make our birthday celebration even more special, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, beautiful room decorations, and a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made us feel valued.

Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and professional. The room was superb—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and everything was functioning perfectly. We honestly spent most of our time in the room taking photos and enjoying the beautiful setup for our birthday staycation.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, with a huge variety of delicious food to choose from. Special thanks to Bell, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and funny, making our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. We were also greeted by the Executive Chef and had a lovely chat, which added a very personal touch to the experience.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the staff even assisted us with our luggage. The level of hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional.

We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Our 2nd stay at the Ruma is even nicer than our 1st stay there 2 years ago. All the staffs: Front desk manager Ms. Kit, all the Front desk staffs are very welcoming. The staffs at the Atas Restaurant where buffet breakfast is served are so friendly & so genuinely helpful. This just shows the Management is really good in providing training for all departments. The food items at breakfast are delicious, and the variety is good. The wait staffs at the Librari (social & light meals area — light meals served at lunch & dinner time) are amazing: Mr. Maveen, Qimi, Akmal are so gracious & welcoming. We had dinner at the Librari — the food & service are excellent. We had a hotel phone issue in our room. Turned out the battery was dead. Fortunately the hotel service staff came to change new phone battery for us. Otherwise, we could not call for housekeeping, etc. perhaps Management should remind the housekeeping staff to check the in room phone and make sure it works before they release the room for guests. Other than that, we enjoy our room & its Malaysian & Zen decor. The room size is big & very comfortable. We love the Malaysian & Zen decor in the entire hotel. We can walk the Pavilion Mall in 5 minutes, and we can also walk to the KLCC mall in 5 minutes — each in different directions. The front desk staff provides clear walking directions. We feel very home & very well served at the Ruma. It will be our hotel of choice when we come back to visit Kuala Lumpur next year.

We had a wonderful stay at The RuMa Hotel and Residences. Haikal gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Throughout our stay, the room was beautiful and spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, dinner, and room service.

What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and a courteous bow, which made us feel truly valued and special as guests.

As our stay came to an end, Joshua, the concierge, ensured that our departure was just as pleasant as our arrival. He took the time to check on our stay, gather feedback, and even shared a friendly conversation with us while we waited for our car.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend The RuMa to our family and friends. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
