The easiest way to get to the property from the main train station in Lucerne is to take the S5 train. IN only two stations you are at the "Mattenhof" station. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Junior suite was very spacious, clean n well equipped. Location was great - 2 mins walk to supermarket, 4 mins walk to train station and 1 min walk to bus stop

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!
De airco op onze kamer kon niet uitgezet worden. De regelunit was kapot. Het was steenkoud op de kamer waarbij de koude luchtstroom op onze gezichten waaide. Dit uiteraard gemeld bij de receptie. Ze kwamen kijken maar konden het niet oplossen. Ook een andere kamer behoorde niet tot de opties. Uiteindelijk maar zoveel mogelijk onder de lakens gelegen met een petje op.
De volgende ochtend bij het uitchecken werd er niet eens gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was bevallen. Zelf dus maar aangegeven dat we niet tevreden waren. De receptie medewerker vroeg daarna om ons emailadres achter te laten zodat de bedrijfsleider contact op kon nemen. Na 2 dagen niets gehoord, dus zelf maar via Booking.com een mail verstuurd. Ook daar duurde het lang voordat er een reactie kwam. Toen wel met de nodige excuses en een aanbieding om korting te krijgen op ons volgende verblijf. Aangegeven dat dit niet echt een tegemoetkoming is aangezien we dit hotel als tussenstop gebruikten voor onze eindbestemming. Ons voorstel was om een deel terug te betalen van de boeking. Op ons voorstel is nooit meer een reactie gekomen. Kortom, wij komen hier nooit meer.
Good location
We arrived around 8pm after 10 hours of driving. The reception tried to sell us a parking location that was 10 minutes away from the hotel (walk) without mentioning underground parking. When I objected, she said it's for people who book more than 3 nights! Finally I got it but it was strange. Her English was also terrible
Świetna lokalizacja, darmowy transport publiczny i bardzo dobrze skomunikowany hotel z centrum Luzerny. Bardzo pomocny personel.
The overall location is best, breakfast is ok.
Overall the hotel is good, but not doing anything for customer delight. Giving a small chocolate on any guests birthday is a delight but the hotel misses this in-spite of an International brand.
Room AC was not effective and the shower handle was leaking. 422 Room.
