The easiest way to get to the property from the main train station in Lucerne is to take the S5 train. IN only two stations you are at the "Mattenhof" station. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Polite staff and cleanliness. Easy access to public transport to commute to centre.

Cons:

I have requested for early check-in as I was with my family along with two little kids and until I arrived there was no reply whether my request is accepted or denied but after arrival I have spoken to the reception desk and the staff in duty helped us to do the chein after little waiting time and then we got into our room and relaxed after the long journey. Breakfast was nice but would have been better if the menu was not kept the same every day and coffee making items were not refilled.

Cons:

The room size was small. The check in time was sharp at 3 pm and room not available even at 2:59 pm. They did not have power adapter converter. No fridge in the room. The staff was not very cooperative. We had to call multiple times from the room for the front desk to attend us.

Very poor customer service at check-in. The receptionist constantly interrupted us, did not listen, showed no smile or basic courtesy, and made no effort to help. We felt unwelcome and disrespected throughout the entire interaction. This was one of the worst hotel check-in experiences we have ever had. Because of this negative experience, neither I nor my family and friends are considering choosing this hotel again in the future.

Çok güzel bir oteldi. Konaklamaktan keyif aldık. Oteldeki herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi.

What we liked most about the property was its convenient location. It’s only two stations away from the central station, making it very accessible and easy to get around. Public transportation is excellent, and reaching the city’s main attractions was quick and hassle-free.

Cons:

The customer service at the front desk could be improved. The staff were not very welcoming, and although they could see us waiting in the lobby, they never informed us that our room was ready. We only found out after asking ourselves. A simple update or a warmer approach would have made a much better first impression.

Die Betten waren sehr hart und schmal. Die Parksituation sehr schlecht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man zu den Übernachtungskosten noch eine hohe Parkgebühr zahlen muss. Das ist in anderen Hotel weitaus besser geregelt. Das Personal war auch überhaupt nicht wirklich bemüht zu helfen.
