The easiest way to get to the property from the main train station in Lucerne is to take the S5 train. IN only two stations you are at the "Mattenhof" station. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Very good hotel.
Pros:

Everything was good. Room a bit small but comfortable. Bus stand is right in front and train station is one block away - very convenient. Breakfast was excellent.

Boa relação custo-benefício
Pros:

O pequeno almoço segue o padrão da rede, que é sempre muito bom. Ao chegar recebemos um voucher para utilizar o transporte público da cidade de maneira ilimitada, e achei uma iniciativa muito interessante e importante para incentivar o uso desse tipo de transporte.

Cons:

Estávamos a viajar de bicicleta e não ofereceram local seguro para guardarmos. Tiveram que dormir num bicicletário a frente do hotel.
