The easiest way to get to the property from the main train station in Lucerne is to take the S5 train. IN only two stations you are at the "Mattenhof" station. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

火車站出來走三分鐘就到飯店。這個小區一定要來體驗，好高級。各項都都在水準以上。有附熱水壺，非常加分。

Cons:

沒有附拖鞋。浴室淋浴間竟然沒有門或是簾子！！！稍有不慎，浴室會大淹水

Otelin ulaşımı inanılmaz kolay bir noktada. Metro direkt otel çıkışında ve gideceğimiz tüm yerlere oradan kolaylıkla ulaştık. Odalar geniş temiz ve ferahtı. Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık.

Muito perto da estação de trem, rapidamente se chegava ao centro. E também próximo ao hotel haviam restaurantes, lanchonetes e mercados.

Overall, okay. Comfortable but could have been better.
Pros:

We liked that the property was at walking distance from the Krienz train station.

Cons:

Being a chain hotel property, the room was very small. Not much of legroom to keep luggage. There was no safe box which was surprising. The breakfast was okay - not much of vegetarian options.

OK location & Bfast, Housekeeping can be better

Location is ok, short walk from Kriens station which is 2 stops from Lucerne central train station (15mins frequency train). Mt Pilatus cable car station is short bus ride (16 &21) away. Bfast was ok. Hotel provides free bus/train Lucerne visitor pass. Thr are some restaurants arnd.

Room size is decent but small annoyances like bathroom door keeps swinging close, toilet paper holder came off (could put back in), flush button seemed flimsy. For a new hotel not great furnishing.

Housekeeping wasn’t great. Sofa bed mattress was missing which they added after we mentioned post checkin. Next morning we found soap/shampoo bottles empty. Spotted housekeeping staff outside who gave us a soap bottle. Told them to replace body lotion when they clean but they didn’t. These things are standard and shd be checked before guests checkin.

No major issue per se just not smooth.

Spacious with half a shower door.
Pros:

The room was spacious and close to the train station. Breakfast was good. I didn't like the rice because it doesn't seem to be cooked all the way.

Cons:

I didn't like that the shower did not have a whole door. The water got everywhere on the floor because the shower was cover half of the shower.
