Несмотря на то, что женщина руководитель была очень вежлива и просила поставить 10 баллов, все-таки решила написать все как есть. За всё время моего пребывания ни разу не делалась уборка в номере, в душевой кабине была сломана часть двери и полностью не закрывалась, поэтому после принятия душа везде была вода. Мои руки покусали какое-то букашки. Моя комната располагалась на втором этаже, а на первом этаже как я поняла жил персонал. Каждый вечер и утром персонал очень громко разговаривал, даже орали. Я не могла спокойно заснуть. Утром я просыпалась от их криков. Слышимость ужасная в отеле. Если кому-то важно отдыхать после длительных прогулок, то это не то место. Я часто приезжаю в Стамбул, но такой опыт у меня в первый раз. Точно не буду бронировать этот отель и советовать не буду. Месторасположении хорошее, только это радовало. В остальном разочарование.

予定より早い到着でしたがチェックインさせていただきました。
英語は話せないトルコ語のみのフレンドリーなマダムのスタッフがいて言葉が全く通じないながらも非常に楽しい交流ができました。
トルコ語でガンガン話しかけられるのは嫌じゃない。いい体験。
あとイスタンブールに猫は何処にでもいますがホテルの猫がとても可愛かった。

Cons:

空調の使い方がよく分かりませんでした。
快適な気候の時期でしたので問題ありませんでしたが時期によってはスタッフに使い方を教わったほうが良いでしょう。

Ich wohne derzeit in diesem Hotel und habe bisher eine sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel und die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden und kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Punkt, der mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist, dass das WLAN manchmal etwas langsam ist. Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn es beim Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl gäbe. Trotzdem ist mein Aufenthalt hier insgesamt angenehm.

Super dirty, if you don’t care about your health come here. I saw bugs crawling on the wall & bathroom ground of my room, the towel smell like vinegar. Very dirty room that I stayed in.

Je n'avais pas lu les avis avant de réserver et je ne pouvais pas annuler. L'hôtel est vieux et male entretenu, pas propre, il y a des cafards... Même si le personnel a été sympathique avec moi, je ne le recommande pas.

There was a electronic jug but no cups, had to buy one. Sometimes I had to hold the plug in the socket to boil the jug. The bathroom tapes looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The remote for the aircon didn't work. The windows couldn't be opened or shut

Ho segnalato la cosa alla reception ma in 5 giorni di soggiorno non sono mai venuti a pulire
