Beau séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel au bord du fleuve

Perfekter Wohlfühlaufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, mit Blick auf's Wasser (Kanal). Die kleine Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar und das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wenn man an den Strand (Hoek van Holland), Den Haag oder Rotterdam möchte. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und einfach sehr gut - das betrifft alle Bereiche. Das Frühstück ist mehr als empfehlenswert. Wünsche werden unkompliziert behandelt und umgesetzt. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Waren zum zweiten Mal dort und werden nochmals wiederkommen. Danke and das ganze Team!

Mooie moderne kamer voor een stevige prijs.

Prima moderne locatie!

De kamer op de 1e etage was gehorig omdat de vloeren niet voldoende de voetstappen dempen.

Fantastisch en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat heel behulpzaam was. Er stond voor mijn kind zelfs een klein knuffeltje met een kleurplaat klaar op de kamer. Het ontbijt was heel compleet. Heerlijke bedden en Rituals producten op de kamer. Fijn ook dat er een airco was.

Cons:

Ik kan niets bedenken wat niet beviel.

Mooie locatie zo langs het water.
Vriendelijk personeel. Wij zagen ook dat de band onder de collega’s ook enorm goed was. Zij dronken een drankje gezamenlijk op het terras.
Het was jammer dat de Bar al dicht was om 21:45uur op zaterdag. Ze maakte overigens wel een uitzondering ons toch nog te voorzien van een drankje.

A great location for a horrible staff
Pros:

Nice locatiom

Cons:

The staff is so bad. On arrival no one was at the desk, after 10 minutes of waiting someone finally showed up. During breakfast, they could not respond to a simple question about orange juice and on check out an absolute disaster, after making a mistake on the final invoice by the lady of the reception I was told sorry we can not change it and instead of apologizing , she make it very clear that she could make mistake and there was nothing they could do until 9 hours later, that she was only a receptionist ( of couse or charge of check outs so she should be able to change her mistake on an invoice ).

Breakfast is a scam, 19 euros for that tiny buffet is an absolute scam, avoid breakfast and go somewhere else in the village.

Floor toilets should be better cleaned and not left with clear drops of pi from previous guests .

Mooi Hotel, mooie locatie
Pros:

De bereidheid om van kamer te ruilen omdat wij in de eerst toegewezen kamer geluidsoverlast ervaarden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt vanaf 10uur niet meer alles verkrijgbaar en niet alles meer op temperatuur
