Great room, close to train station
Pros:

Small room but has everything you need for a short stay. The mural of Monument Valley, and the manatee in the shower were super nice touches! Everything about the room was great.

Cons:

Reception staff could relax a little more and make it feel more like they are welcoming you to your home away from home. Also, 1 bar staff to serve about 10 people at the time we were there - it was challenging to get his attention.

Definitely would recomend it, for the good location and especially for the staff and the breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Not only was it varied and good quality, it was also well tended, including staff members asking how things were. tyding up all the time, allthewhile being very welcoming to guests. It makes the difference when you have staff who perform their tasks professionally but also smiling showing actual care for the guests, like Héloise Rossit Silva the Operationsmanagerin. Some like her speak more than two languages, and that is also a big plus.

Great location and a great stay with fabulous breakfast every day.
Pros:

Hotel was modern and very clean. Staff we friendly, from check in through check out. Staff in the breakfast area were also exceptionally nice.

Cons:

Was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a bed & breakfast hotel stay. Good assortment and the food was all very fresh. traditional gernam breakfast fare, such as buns, cheese, jams and muesli, as well as more North American staples like scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, etc.

Ich kenne Best Western als eher mittelmäßig - dieses Best Western ist Top!
Tolles Frühstück, frisch und lecker, große Vielfalt, auch für Veganer und Laktoseintoleranz viel dabei.
Fußläufig zur Innenstadt.
Personal am Checkin war okay, das Barpersonal war top!
Zimmer sauber, modern, komfortabel, ruhig, gut verdunkelbar, Dusche angenehm, Bett auch.
Insgesamt sehr positiver Eindruck.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was wirklich beklagenswert wäre, aber wenn man etwas verbessern müsste, wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer toll.
