The breakfast was probably the best I have ever encountered during all my hotel stays over the years

Cons:

Check in staff very miserable and robotic

Bar man was absolutely atrocious the worse person I have ever come across in hospitality

Pros:

Ein weiterer gelungener Aufenthalt bei Best Western. Freundlicher Service, funktional eingerichtete Zimmer, alles proper. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksangebot. Prima.

Las imágenes en las paredes de están top! Me relajaron mucho y me hicieron sentir en casa. La del baño es genial.

La entrada está alejada de la calle peatonal y de la via, no tiene un acceso directo a la puerta del hotel.

Sehr gute ausgestattetes Appartement für Kurzurlaub oder auch längere Aufenthalte.
Pros:

TG-Platz in großzügiger Tiefgarage.
Im Innenhof war es sehr ruhig. Die sehr große Dachterrasse ist einfach Klasse!

Overall great experience
Pros:

Great breakfast and location.

Cons:

The small parking slots, but I am American. Some minor suggestions I made at the front desk. The sliding cover over the safe was off its track and the parking garage sign said first floor for reception but the elevator only had an erdgeschloss option - not all non-German speakers will understand. It seemed this last suggestion had been made many times before. An excellent hotel would have fixed this first impression confusion issue.

Perfekt gelegen, gutes Parkhaus

Cons:

Personal überfordert beim Frühstück. Etliches leer, Zuviel Gäste zu wenig Platz. Das Buffet sehr in die Ecke gedrängt das man keinen Platz bei den vielen Gästen hat.
