In die Jahre gekommenes, zu teures Hotel mit netten Wirt!
Pros:

Der Wirt ist sehr nett, höflich und freundlich! Er hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück bereitet - sogar mit Ei! Für nur 12€!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer roch total nach einem süßlichen Putzmittel. Die Bettwäsche roch auch stark nach einem Waschmittel (Weichspüler?). Die Möbel wackeln teilweise, der Teppichboden wirkt alt. Das Waschbecken befindet sich im Zimmer (im Bad sind Dusche und Toilette).
120€ sind für dieses Zimmer zu viel Geld! Es ist das einzige Hotel in Höfen.
Aber man kann lecker in der Alten Molkerei essen!

Pros:

Ontbijt was lekker en kon op verzoek een half uurtje eerder. Beide eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en denken fijn mee. De kamer zelf is netjes en de badkamer goed en prettig.

Cons:

De bedden vielen tegen, erg hard en de matrassen een memory foam die je vrom heel erg vasthoudt waardoor draaien niet chill is. Ook was onze kamer direct naast de voordeur die alleen met de sleutel zacht dicht kan, anders moet dit met een harde klap. Iedere andere gast deed dit dus met een harde klap.

Heerlijk bed. Alleen miste ik een koelkast op de kamer. En de ligging vond ik wat afgelegen. Te ver van Monschau als je het stadje wilde bezoeken. Qua prijs kwaliteitsverhouding hadden er van mij wel een paar tientjes van af gemogen. Ook waren er een paar lampjes kapot waardoor het een beetje te donker op de kamer werd.

Das Lokal „Alte Molkerei“ in der Nähe

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal, Restaurant roch nach Rauch, Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns alsRadfahrer des Vennradweges ungeeignet, da erst einige km bergab nach Monschau Altstadt gefahren, dann steil bergan in die andere Richtung gelegen.
