Cons:

第一：房間冷氣調到18度了，室內溫度還在25度，叫修了一次之後還是一樣，空調沒有變涼，溫度依舊在25度，第二次打給櫃檯人員說會馬上處理，結果等了15分鐘都沒有人來，到櫃檯詢問居然回我：我沒有接收到這個訊息？然後讓我們浪費時間等待.
第二：晚上出去回來房間，磁卡進不去，到櫃檯更換過一次，結果到早上用完早餐回房間，一樣無法使用房卡，還是清潔人員協助開門？
住宿感受真的很差！
