Quaint hotel
Pros:

Lovely old hotel. The stairs to the top floor were steep and a problem for my size 11 feet. Like all old hotels it has great atmosphere. I didn't mark staff because while we were there the owners were on holidays so we had to let ourselves in; but it all ran smoothly. A simple breakfast was provided.
The bathroom was down the hall and a lovely big space.

Cons:

It's unfair the judge the hotel for this (except the hotel was also essentially closed as well) but much of Deloraine was closed. It was hard to find somewhere to eat.
