Great location, poor customer service
Pros:

The location is amazing

Cons:

They should advertise that the electricity and AC are only available at certain times of the day. Also the hotel was empty, we asked to check out one hour later and they said no because the room was taken... There were only a couple of other guests

Relax i natura.
Pros:

Situació ideal, en ple parc, i a la platja. A més, era temporada baixa i teníem tot l'hotel per nosaltres sols.

Cons:

L'únic problema va ser que la platja i el mar estaven plens de sargasso i no ens vam poder banyar a la platja. Però això no és culpa de l'hotel.

Spent 2 nights . First night withour water. Second night without electricity in all the complex. Horrible. No gesture nor compensation. We had to pay extras (for accessing the place (located in a park) every day). This was not mentioned either

It was beautiful and peaceful. Great for a tech free romantic getaway.

Cons:

We were the only ones there after our 1st night. They closed the kitchen an hour early while we were standing there trying to figure out what to eat. The AC and power were off each day during the hottest part of the day, so no afternoon nap in your room while it's hot out. And the sargassum was horrible. No access to the ocean at all (fluke of nature...not their fault). We changed to another resort on day 2 that had access to cenotes for swimming. We would have stayed, but limited food, no beach, and limitef AC were too much to bear.

Die Lage, die Einrichtung und Möbel, doe Grösse des Zimmers und die Aufteilung. (Dusche/WC im hinteren Bereich und Dusche mit Pflanzen hinter der Glasduschwand) die Sauberkeit, der Wasserspender-Krug, die Veranda mit Aussendusche, das Fussbad-Wasserbecken vor der Veranda, um den Sand abzuwaschen, war alles perfekt!

Da gibt es nichts, ich habe nichts vermisst!
Lediglich eine Kommunikationslücke gab es: dass wir nicht informiert wurden, dass die Billete für den „Kleinbus-Transport am Parkeingang gelöst werden müssen und nicht beim Buschauffeur bezogen werden können.
Wir mussten daher bei Abreise den ganzen Weg zu Fuss zurücklegen, mit schwerem Gepäck und in der Knallhitze!

Habitaciones preciosas y personal muy amable. Situacion en primera línia de playa. De fàcil acceso con los carritos eléctricos del parque del Jaguar.

Es época de sargazo y no te podías bañar en la playa, pero eso no es culpa del hotel, pero tienen una piscina muy cómoda.

Nuestra estadía en Tulum
Pros:

Destaco que todo lo que dice y publica la app del hotel, es tal cuál. Superó mis expectativas. El lugar hermoso. Recomiendo tener auto, dado que está dentro de una reserva natural muy hermosa. Destaco a Luis Trejo gerente de operaciones, quien siempre estuvo atento y al servicio de nosotros. Realmente es un lugar lejos del ruido, lejos de lo minimalista. Gracias.

Cons:

Agregaria en la carta del restaurante mas opciones no pescado. La atencion excelente en el restaurante.

Cons:

les contraintes liees a sa localisation dans le parc (taxe et utilisation de la navette electrique a payer quotidiennement et pas tres bien tres bien expliquees)
Les prix du restaurant et du bar sont trop eleves
Le minibar ne fonctionnait pas. Le fer a repasser avait une prise francaise alors que lzs prises murales etaient mexicaines. Quelques cafards dans la chambre....

Parc national, présence d'animaux en liberté.
Proximité site archéologique.
Proximité avec la plage, très belle vue
Peu de monde sur place le soir, très calme et agréable

Cons:

Taxe quotidienne ~10€/ personne si vous décidez de repasser par l'hôtel entre 8h et 17h (gratuit en dehors de ces heures)
Restauration sur place, rapport qualité/prix laisse à désirer (exemple: petit déjeuner ~25€/ personne..)
Présence de sargasses sur la plage juste en face de l'hôtel qui ne sont pas du tout retirées, contrairement à certaines autres plages sur le même secteur.
Obligation d'être véhiculé si vous voulez profiter du secteur !
