الموظفين جدا ودودين وخاصتاً اخونا من افغانستان اسمه خان شاب جدا محترم وخدوم وجنتل ما قصر معايه واقلب الموظفين حبوبين، المكان قريب جدا محطة القطارات الرئسية في فرانكفورت بوابة الفندق مقابلها بوابة المحطة

Pros:

Great location for access to Messe facilities. Room was spacious (offered free upgrade).

Cons:

Breakfast area insufficient to accommodate all the people heading to Automechanika. The range of products offered was also limited. Furthermore, room cleaning was not standard, but you had to ask at the reception...

Basic, clean, modern and convenient
Pros:

A good place to stay when travelling by train. It has everything you need, it is basic and clean and it could anywhere.

Cons:

Nothing bad about it, but also nothing memorable. The neighbourhood is typical for a place near a large railway station: watch your belongings!

Bei der richtigen Zimmerkategorie super ruhig, aber das Frühstück ist unter aller Kanone
Pros:

Ich finde die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, wenn man am Abend per Zug ankommt oder am Morgen per Zug fahren muss. Direkt neben dem Bahnhof und bei der richtigen Zimmerkategorie mit Blick nach hinten oder zum Innenhof ist es sehr ruhig, man bekommt vom Bahnhof nichts mit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, weitestgehend in einem guten Zustand.

Cons:

Das Frühstück - man muss es leider so sagen - ist absolut nur "Bare Minimum". Das gibt es in jeder Hotel Garni Absteige im Nirgendwo ja mehr Auswahl. Vermutlich gibt es irgendwo eine Richtlinie mit Mindestanforderungen, die hier sehr konsequent umgesetzt wurde. Das passt irgendwie gar nicht. Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Auf keinen Fall wieder
Pros:

Frühstück , war reichlich und frisch. Lage des Zimmes waren OK.

Cons:

Die Fenster im Zimmer waren im Inneren total verschmutzt. Der Teppich vorm Bett voll Flecken und Haare. Duschkabine Schimmelflecken. Handtücher und WC-Papier musste ich in an der Rezeption selbst besorgen. Kein Bett gemacht. Auch nach Rücksprache wegen Zimmerservice nur einmal oberflächlich das Zimmer gemacht. Dann musste ich mich wieder selber um Handtücher kümmern. Abfalleimer wurde nicht geleert. Bei vier Übernachtungen erwartet man doch das es so was dazu gehören sollte. Ich wurde nie informiert das es kein Zimmerservice gibt. Es ist sicher nicht angenehm mit dem WC-Papier durch die Lobby zu laufen. Wo daneben, an der Bar, die Gäste sitzen. Damit habe ich in einem Inter City Hotel nicht gerechnet.
