Haben ein Upgrade bekommen .Tolle Aussicht auf Mombasa.

Professional helpful staff. Location is really good. Hotel is clean

Super lækkert hotel, vi boede i et stort rummeligt værelse, der var rent og havde god udsigt. Hotellet ligger midt i byen og man kommer let rundt på tuk - tuk. ( vi var først lidt skeptiske , da der er meget trafik, men det kommer man hurtigt over og man hører det ikke på hotellet)

På hotellet er der en lækker terrasse, hvor restauranten og poolen er.

Det der gjorde hotellet HELT unikt, var det søde personale, de var helt fantastiske alle sammen og gjorde bare vores ophold endnu bedre ❤️ vi kan varmt anbefalde dette hotel til alle der vil have mere end et godt ophold i Mombasa.
Vil helt sikkert komme tilbage til dette hotel.

I booked a room for a few hours rather than a long wait at Mombasa airport. It was very easy to get to/from the airport and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They gave me an early check in which I was very grateful for. The restaurant is good, lovely Indian food and lots of other choice.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Sapphire staffs are very respectful, hardworking and have good business ethics and etiquette.
There Food is sweet and there is variety of delicious meals.
Shout-out to the following Sapphire staffs who have exemplary provided quality and professional services Mercy Furaha, Kadogo, Tony, Mishi, Lance the IT Guy, Brenda, Cecilia, Khadija, Mwanaisha, Solo and Sapphire Storm Dancers especially Gloria, Angel and Chizi for their amazing entertaining dancers. May God bless you all for the quality work. This portrays that Sapphire management is doing a very good job.
Also their washrooms are very clean and have a good smell, very ideal.
Accommodation is superb, from the beddings and the arrangement and decor is clean, appealing and very relaxing when you sleep their.
I really recommend there for all who want a beautiful stay at Mombasa. God bless you all.

Restaurant and wait Staff were excellent

I arranged a workshop training at this venue and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

From the start, the meeting room was not set up as requested and even the group name was displayed incorrectly. When we requested coffee, we were informed that the machine was unavailable because another function was taking place. The sound system in the meeting room was also below standard.

To add to this, our group was later asked to delay lunch by 30 minutes because another group was being served first, without consideration for our own programme schedule and timing.

My concern is not that issues arose, but that the venue appeared to have accepted more meeting groups than it could comfortably accommodate. If a hotel does not have the capacity to host multiple functions simultaneously while maintaining service standards, it should reconsider accepting additional bookings.

While staff were apologetic when concerns were raised, there did not seem to be meaningful efforts to resolve the underlying problems.

If you are planning a workshop or training in Mombasa, I would suggest exploring alternative venues. Based on this experience, the level of professionalism and responsiveness did not meet expectations and at times reflected a rather laid-back approach to service delivery.
